You keep posting only to delete the images shortly after you posted them.
If for whatever reason you don't want the images to stay on the site, please just STOP posting!
I guess I'm not the only one who gets upset by this "post and then quickly delete" that you're doing and which by the way is completely useless.
First of all, the pictures stay on the server as explained by Reine Margot and take up precious server space.
Secondly, anyone really interested in your posts will download the pictures as soon as you post them. Deleting them afterwards will not prevent that.

^^^ This makes perfect sense and has been told/explained to him here many times, but to no avail: he persists in this post-and-delete game. Even if I can guess the reasons it becomes annoying in the long run and this practice doesn't guarantee him any (privacy) protection for the many reasons already previously mentioned here by others.
It would be better not to post at all, or use basic digital editing/ face masking methods (blurring, pixelisation, eyes removal/masking), or a real blindfold to make his slave/wife unidentifiable (see exemple below).
