My story for the picture is simple and is set in the Middle Ages.
A young kitchen maid has stolen from the duke, taking leftover food from the kitchen home. For this he has her tortured by a crude servant with a red-hot iron. The torturer always strokes the young woman's sensitive skin very lightly. This prevents her from falling into a relieving faint.
The duke is present and gives precise instructions where to place the iron on the maid's body.

That's as close to perfect as you can get. I would not know you tweaked it if you hadn't said something.
Love the position she's in, that she's looking at him, the perfect cigar and smoke, all telling what's going happen.
