This week’s Friday Fitness is dedicated to ladies in lycra - it’s the time of year where the UCI pro cycling teams are announced, I know y’all have all been glued to cyclingnews.com for updates.
I have always had a thing for cycling women: lean, strong bodies, good lungs, excellent endurance and very high pain thresholds are all admirable features that I certainly recommend for anyone looking for a new project..

Yes! Please do! It seems like all of the athletic-related businesses all use the same advertising company, because all of the advertisements are the same.
