It's Juggernaut XL with a common bondage control image to 0.5 depth. I changed the background, bruised her right leg, hide a slightly distorted right hand (if I remember correctly), applied some minor tweaks in fingers, and added a simple lighting effect. Sounds complicated, actually it isn't. The focused flashlight in interrogation terrifies the victim in the scenario and misleads the real viewer about any imperfections. The ass perhaps needs a rework. The file name is unrelated; I used random numbers during the export process from the pc image editor.
