Excellent piece of work by Jucundus.
One thing I like about witchtorture scenarios is that I always like to imagine that the unfortunate woman was previously in a position of power but has been betrayed by a rival. This picture seems to fit that scenario. I like to think that the victim was previously responsible for the arrest and torture of women accused of witchcraft. Now she's been betrayed by the dark haired woman and, despite pleading her innocence, she gets a taste of her own medicine.
I love the smirk of pleasure on the other woman's face as she watches the victims ordeal.

It's little details like that one that add so much to an already superb piece of art. They just don't get any better.
