I’ve been looking for this scene from the TV show Silk Stalkings for years - and it finally showed up on BoundHub. The show ran on CBS and then on the USA Network from 1991-1999, and featured the sexy Mitzi Kapture (ironic name, don’t you think?) as one of show’s two detectives. It was mostly about sex crimes, and I think the show did a lot to bring the BDSM scene to light, probably getting people into it, who didn’t know it was available.

In this one, a hot, short-haired brunette is kidnapped and spirited away to the creep’s dungeon. She wakes up tied in a standing spreadeagle, in a bra, and is killed after she pleads with him. It’s brief, but super suggestive - the quintessential example of an innocent girl who is abducted and tortured for no reason. She even screams out the panicked and teary line “What did I ever do to you!” - just before his scalpel goes to work. And he’s recording it, of course, for the cops to see later.

Again, too short, and no nudity. But it was mainstream TV and I think she’s super hot in a girl-next-door kind of way. She does a lot of pleading - “I’ll do anything” and the like, plus crying and whimpering. Put this one in the brief but good, and what could’ve been category…

Anyone know the name/number of the episode, or the actress’s name?

According to brianspage, the scene you're asking about was in episode 4x02 and the girl's name was Juliet Tablak.

Silk Stalkings had a couple of good scenes here and there. This is another one from 3x17
