Too much work, the way I open my stories that is, if your are unfamiliar, I start with clothed, free and smiling victims and take about a page to get them in the dungeon. Often requiring elaborate backgrounds I'll never use again ( see first 2 pages of " The First Train").
I started using stable diffusion. free online demo. not for a background but for heads, on the first 2 pages, the girls didn't really fit the story, I needed innocence, Jewishness, and youth ( girls next door in 1940s Slovakia ) because there's a 1,000 GIMPs I could just show a character once and that would be Ok. But to really get mileage out of it I tried prompting for actresses, which was ok sort of but when I specified a character that actress played, eureka I was getting a stable character and I could specify clothing kind of

Linda had been standing there for the last 10 hours, in a deep alcove off a basement corridor in the elementary school she used to teach at, her wrists bailing wired to an overhead pipe. The school had been closed for over a month as the fighting raged closer and closer eventually falling behind Russian lines. Linda (her Western name) and another teacher from Taiwan had stayed too long, they were swept up in the Russian advance. At first, it looked good for them, but when the Russians realized they weren't Chinese but from Taiwan, things went south, quickly, the Russians figured if they could get them to confess to supplying arms to Ukraine, it would help them get arms from China.

Apart from roughing her up and spraying her with the fire hose, they hadn't really hurt her, she had been told this was the waiting room and they would get to her as soon as possible, and the screaming from down the hall, first from her roommate then from at least two Ukrainian girls then her roommate again filled her with trepidation, just what was she waiting for. And now silence from down the hall, just footsteps getting closer.

Back upstairs
Darline had been captured last evening by Russian advance forces, during a search of her phone it was determined that she was of a devious orientation and some harsh punishment was in order. She was bound and spread on a stack of gym mats in the gymnasium so a platoon of young, green Wagner conscripts could use her before being thrown into battle in the morning.
