I think you should change the name of the topic to something that can be linked with stress position torture, jetliner position (wall sit), or just muscle tension/muscle fatigue. Or else you will be cluttered with photos like above.

When I read the topic name I thought that this topic is about the classic predicament bondage position, but you didn't have that in mind, right?

Probably not, but since it's a very peculiar fetish I don't think there are many websites (if any ?) devoted to what you're looking for, unless (maybe) if you check for (female) sports and gymnastics websites.

But I like the idea very much since forced stress/strenuous positions are very useful to train/punish a female slave and I use this method frequently myself with good results.
