Hall of SHAME: Humiliation, Degrading, Demeaning of the Gimp, and more...
Re: Hall of SHAME: Humiliation, Degrading, Demeaning of the Gimp, and more...
I agree. However, the upside is that i have been able to use his wife in my work and till have images of her to use.
Re: Hall of SHAME: Humiliation, Degrading, Demeaning of the Gimp, and more...
I suspect he must have some agreement with his slave/wife (?) that he won't leave any pics of her posted on the web, or only for a very limited time. But this doesn't offer any kind of protection since once posted anyone can download and store his pics for future use or publishing. Your comment above is the best proof of that. If you're looking for total discretion don't post anything on the web, even for a short while... Or use digital blur/black masking on her eyes or face, this can easily be done even with the most basic pictures reader softwares.

Yes
You have nailed it. Nothing can be truly deleted on the net, once published. Erasing posts out of guilt is futile. Better to not post it at all.

Re: Hall of SHAME: Humiliation, Degrading, Demeaning of the Gimp, and more...
Just a little dot (attachment deleted).
Now this board is flooded with his multiple meaningless edited posts with no contents (except a little dot !).
Why doesn't he delete the complete post instead ?
Go figure... it's beyond me.

OK, back to the topic.
Nice to see a woman who knows what she is made for.
It's clearly written on her, if you have any doubts...

Re: Hall of SHAME: Humiliation, Degrading, Demeaning of the Gimp, and more...
You can delete a post if it is the "last one in the queue." If there is a post Y beneath post X, you will no longer be able to delete post X — unless post Y is deleted first.
Therefore, if post X was written by person A and post Y by person B, person A can delete their post X only if person B deletes their post Y.
And of course, only as long as there are no other posts "below."
If person A has written several consecutive posts in a thread, with no posts from other authors between them, person A can easily delete their posts one by one, starting from the newest and moving backwards to the oldest.
That's how it works.
If it is still possible, I delete the post. Yeah, I guess the reason I’m deleting posts is still kind of up in the air.
In the cases I described above, attachments can be deleted, but not the posts themselves. And since posts cannot be empty, a single dot is used instead of any actual content.

The posts with "." were deleted permanently... by me. I can delete, truly delete, any posts, images, etc. The files, however, never disappear completely. All the images uploaded are there and they will be up there unless the admin deletes them.
When you upload a picture and it's identified as, for example, justyna.jpg, the actual file is not identified as such in the system. It has a code like ####_e90f735353729ab8aa0fe498cc582***
The above code is incomplete for obvious reasons. It's just an example.
It remains in the system for as long as the website is operating unless the file is deleted as part of a cleaning job when we need to save space; however, before deleting any files, everything is first saved in a backup folder, links and all, and the backed up site goes to a hard drive where it can be stored forever and ever.
And that's not all, the system itself makes backups of the entire hosting service, ALL the sites, in case we need to recover them someday. As a matter of fact, we're recovering the lost forums, all of the files, pictures, etc, etc.
This is a post I had way, way back at the GIMP before it crashed. It's fully recovered now, along with ALL my posts of that year, 2013.

Just saying.
