I am a bit uncertain about those. Rather than those extra bindings around the tits, I would find a simpler setup with weights at the ankles or a sturdy wooden pillory more visually appealing. Even if, to preserve the model, they were fake, looking as if they weigh 10 Kg while actually being made out of foam and weighing less than a pound.
