Good idea.
But for better results they should be converted for bipolar (2 wire) operation: one wire connected to the ring/extender frame, the other to the metal clamp (which must be insulated from the frame).
Shorter electrical path = higher pain intensity and less hazard (no current flowing through the chest).

The top one will never work, the 2 elektrodes are assembled with metal screws so they are electrically connected and they will short circuit (and destroy) any voltage source connected to them.

By the way, I like the idea of the electrified nipple stretcher very much too
