She's been on her toes for nearly an hour now. Earlier her feet cramped and her heels were jabbed by the spikes. That, and the noose tightening around her neck forced her back up on her toes.
She know's the cramps in her feet and legs will become unbearable, and she'll eventually feel the spikes going deep into her heels. The noose will tighten to the point of slow strangulation. But it's a torture, not an execution, so she will live to suffer again.

Thanks for your kind words (see the first post of this thread), they mean a lot to me.
Actually I'm trying to do that now. The problem I have is part aging, and part steroid meds I have to take for my copd. They tend to give you the 'shakes' a little bit and affects muscle control. But I'm practicing and getting better I think.

More old drawings to come though.
