Sylvia is played by&nbsp;<em>Juno\u2019s<\/em>&nbsp;Ellen Page. Near the end of the film is a scene where Baniszewski and one of the neighbor boys take a heated needle and carve \u201cI\u2019m a prostitute and proud of it!\u201d onto Sylvia\u2019s stomach. Definitely not a fun scene to watch, and thankfully it ends early before all the branding is done.
