We see only grainy fragments of what\u2019s on the film, but among the sundry cruelties inflicted on the female prisoners in some third-world dictatorship is a blink-and-you\u2019ll-miss-it hot-iron scene: a sweaty torturer bearing a glowing brand sears a cryptic symbol into the ass of a girl being held down by a balding assistant.
