Nazis and Japanese

Adding another Nazis topic, and make it inclusive of the Japanese. Will probably throw some Hydra-inspired files in there when the inspiration strikes.
This while Margot and Ralphus decide what to do with the archived data. Me personally, I don't see why it shouldn't be kept in an archived (but retrievable) state?
