Here's a nice little shot with the GIMP placed in a particularly unpleasant stress position. A terrible ordeal for her and you can imagine the agonising pain in her neck, shoulders and back increasing with every second causing her to groan with distress.
Now straighten those legs out, tie those ankles off to the side and spread her legs to the limit!
