And once again I appeal to JD's wise counseling. I got to think: can I inpaint other people in some great bondage pics? More or less as I did with Dany, Sansa and Aria? So I tried Jessica Alba in an old Aika Miura pic. Result was acceptable. However, Daenerys did not go as well. Anyway, I then tried to change the background from a studio to an outdoor desert scene. But no matter what I am stuck with a weird sort of bubble around the central figure. And that's the best result, never mind the worst. Any suggestions? Also re the different skin tone between Aika and impainted Jessica?

I'm not sure if Fooocus the way is implemented now does that. I'm sure there are other implementation of the AI engine that allows it, I've met some commercial sites that do head substitutions of this kind. I'm sure in the immediate future there will be AI solution working locally that would allow it.

The bubble is due to the marking. You keep the replacement area too far from the actual figure and force AI to make up some black content there. Go over the figure with the selector brush, at least a few pixels in the area you want to keep, don't worry about the missing details as AI will regenerate it. In your case, make sure no black pixels from surrounding enviroment is left unmarked for replacement.

Here's an example of proper selection to remove the 'blackness'.

with the result like:

Of course, the closer you are to the separation line (but inside it) the better the details are preserved. I did a rough example here.

As for the tonality change, there's nothing Photoshop can't fix. Mark the area you wanna change with the LASSO tool, add a FEATHER or 10...20 points, change hue to match with COLOR BALANCE.

Err... thanks, but PSP ATM not available. I was hoping for a solution within fooocus. As for the proper selection... yes, I guess I should take more time in refining it. I fear I'll end up cutting out part of the body.

PS Alas your rough example got rid not only of the black bubble, but also of the pole she's supposed to be tied to.

I didn't bother with that area, marked all for replacement, I only focused on the example part.

Mainstream media, especially in this latter day has become notoriously shy about women torture on screen, you know, woman empowerment, self-confidence and all that. And since there's not on screen, even dressed, it's not here either.

Unless I misread your post.
the AOH blonde with the hairy guy that fumetto and others manip'd did get tortured with a few belly punches, but that was in a B-movie. Jessica Alba did get tortured by face and belly punches when she was cufffed to a jailcell in "Trigger Warning" recently, but it is arguably a B (Netflix) movie, was brief, full of bad angles, and involves long clothing which is not good for manips

Hey JD - are you having problems with Fooocus? It seems to want a new version - Fooocus_win64_2-6 - but I have version Fooocus_win4_2-5. I tried going to GitHub and looking for an upgrade to 2-6 but no joy.

Given my luck, it's probably just me and no one else is having problems. I thought launching the run.bat would automatically upgrade stuff but I get a bunch of error messages.

No, it's a general problem. They changed requirements for torch to a new version but the server has crashed because it's new and in high demand. Same issue here. Try again tomorrow, the demand will cool off, I hope.

You can use Automatic1111, it's still going fine or maybe learn Midjourney. Any kick in the bum is a step forward.

Sorry I can't provide advice on the AI thing. However, I find https://ralphus.net/thegimpforum/downlo ... &mode=view, an improvement over the original.
