I know Armida is brand new to the bdsm/torture video biz, so hopefully she will learn the ins and outs eventually, because she looks spectacular on the rack. But Alex is on the wheel straining and grunting like he's working against her tendons and ligaments, but she is moving her legs and twisting her body as if she wasn't really stretched at all. Okay for a torture table, but not for a rack.

I think Alex was trying to coach her, as there were some obvious jump cuts, like he actually stopped filming at points.

I think you're right skullchaser, she overacts. Maybe that's a good thing? Lot of potential there.

That's a shame, because I just cast both Demonica and Armida in a Halloween special video wherein both are stretched on the rack and then bound upside down on a cross to have their blood drained. I'll be sure to send Alex a note to instruct the girls to be realistic in their rack scenes, like their bodies are too tight to move. If they are terrible, even after instruction, then I'll move on to other actors in my next one.

I cast them because Demonica seems to have evil eyes (even if hard to see because she kept them closed in her Inquisition video). I wanted the victim to look opposite from the raven-haired torturer, so I cast Armida. I think they will look great together in scenes, but I hope their bad acting doesn't cancel out the visuals. I really like Demonica's look as a villain, so I hope she doesn't do too bad of a job.

Also, if you have video editing software, if you download their Inquisition videos and slow the play speed down to about 65% to 70%, their thrashing around during the crucifixion is actually kind of erotic. Gives their mediocre performances a much more erotic flavor.

EDIT: I picked up "Inquisition 87" just to see how bad it is. I noticed something: Armida is doing a fair job as a victim on the rack. She's immobile, looks terrified, then there's a cut, then she starts to overact. If Alex coached her, he coached her in the wrong direction.

I'm also thinking of doing another Dr. Squalus video with either Adri or one of these ladies, wherein Dr. Squalus presents a demonstration on crucifixions. It would be very similar to one I did with CRY as a reporter that takes part in an experiment as part of an interview story with Dr. Squalus. I'm giving Adri first dibs (seen in the picture), but if she declines I'm not sure which of these two women I would go with as an alternate. Any thoughts on who you would prefer to see?

Thanks for the lead! I picked up the video to see if her acting was any better than what I saw in "Inquisition 86". It wasn't. But, she looks good in still photography and that counts for something. I think with some coaching, she could be much better. I'm curious to see if she can play an elegant villain or if she'll be just as out of control as she is as the damsel in distress. I really hope she's good, because I could write a series of videos with her as a vampire preying on helpless young women. But not if she sucks as an actress.

But if you're going to use her as a vampiress, then that's a whole 'nother ball of wax. She certainly has the right look.

I wrote to Alex about Adri and he said the biggest problem with my script is the weather: it calls for an inverted crucifixion and right now its too cold to shoot outdoors with his folding cross. He said he's building one for the indoor gray room so I guess I'll have to wait and see if Adri will do it. Meanwhile, White Rose (Dr. Squalus) wrote to me to suggest the new arched frame. It has potential but I gotta think on it a little.

As soon as I saw Demonica, I knew I'd found a candidate for a Madam Bathory film. Too bad her acting is too, too much.
