Well Peter Acworth (who negotiated the new rules so they could reliably get credit cards processed despite the national security letters) has complained in his own documentary, "The billers are a moving target." It's been over 15 years since they made these accommodations so there may be some loosening of the restrictions or some other workaround going on. I'm not really aware of what's been going on with them since Graphic Sexual Horror was made.
