The difference between White Knight's count of 165 strokes, and my count of 172, is that I tried to keep track of the punishment strokes. So 24 soles, plus 30 pussy, plus 51 tits, plus 60 back before she gave up, is 165, plus I think 7 punishment strokes is 172. She still had 54 back and 48 pussy to go, for a total of 274, 78 of them on the pussy. It seemed obvious that she would never make it, and the sensible thing would have been to give up much sooner.

Doubling the pay to $5000 is a great idea and should help attract subs. Removing the 3X all card is a great idea. On the needle card, the fear factor and the risk of causing the model to quit is probably greater than the actual pain; it would be great to see, and we saw it in some of the old Lomp movies, but maybe we would be better without out it.
I have never been sure whether to believe that subs who don't win the game go home with nothing. If that is true, it is extremely harsh, but Pedro is right that it is also a powerful incentive not to give up. Pay per stroke is a great idea, but it has to be carefully implemented to maintain that incentive.
If the cards balance out and she wins the game with exactly 100 strokes, that would be $50 per stroke. Payment per stroke should not exceed that until the number of strokes gets very high. So what if the deal was $5000 if you win the game, or $25 per stroke for the first 120 strokes if you take 120. That would be $3000 for 120 strokes but still losing.
Then $50 per stroke for the next ten, so $3500 for 130 strokes and losing. $60 per stroke for the next 10, so $4100 for 140 strokes and losing. $90 per stroke for the next 10, so $5000 for 150 strokes and losing, plus some bonus (say $1000) for winning. $100 per stroke thereafter, plus the bonus for winning. Something like that. It might require a bit of experimentation to get the incentives right. Games don't last into the 150 stroke range very often, so the cost to Elite Pain should not be too great.

Don't remove the needle. It's been used only in few occasions.
But 3x and reset all the real killers . They must go .
What happened to Amanda? She left?

The clit piercing card has only appeared once (at least in the movies I have), and that was in COP 1. I suspect that the reason it doesn't appear more often is that the players can remove one card from the deck, and the Clit Piercing card is probably it.

"RESET" has caused more players to quit in the movies I've watched than any other card, mostly because it's appeared near the later rounds and the players know how many strokes they would have to complete. Same with the Tripler 3X card. I'd like to see the RESET and 3X cards replaced with another SALT WATER card, as Salt Water is quickly becoming my favorite challenge to see players overcome. More cards = more chances it will come up in the deck.

It's important to draw a distinction between the game films and the Lomp films. In the Lomp films, the models are compensated fairly before the pain begins. In the game films, it's a game of chance and they don't get compensated until after the torture is completed. In a game film, the clit piercing is a bigger obstacle mentally.

I still have hope that we will get to see clit piercing + pussy whipping one day.

Actually there's no clit piercing card. There's a "+needle" card which means that before the whipping punishment a needle is placed onto the body part of that round. In case of Lucy it happened in the pussy round, which meant we placed the needle into her clitoris. (to avoid unsymmetrical placement for example in one of the labie)

If the "+ NEEDLE" is drawn in the tit round, we should deal with unsymmetry, and the player would have to choose which nipple to pierce....

Other body parts would not be that interesting I'm afraid.

I think I can almost surely say that the 3 X ALL card is permanently removed from the deck, but not the "+ NEEDLE" card.

the x2 and x3 cards keep but with 2 times the money and 3 times the money

take a gamble on the cards - part of the game

CAN ALWAYS QUIT AT ANY TIME

Good idea from Miss Nude Fitness. But I doubt that any amount of money would entice subs to finish after those cards.

I agree that the multipliers should go -- they seem fundamentally unfair. The needle should go because I think it's something that the sub recoil at, and not in a good way. I seem to recall the "needle card" turning up for Darcia and she looked at the interviewer in horror and said something like, "Are you people insane?"
