One thing I'd love to see is clothespins/clamps pulled/yanked off a GIMPs nipples by attached rope/string/chain. I've only done a few customs, and have never asked for it because (1) it wasn't right for the scenario and (2) I didn't think the models/actresses would go for it anyway.
I think it would be easier on the woman if you oiled her nipples beforehand, maybe just for this stunt? Or maybe the jaws of the clamping device, taking care not to slather the lube all over the place.
And of course, if you have clamps that aren't that tightly attached in the first place? But I'd like to see some initial tension, where the nipple/aureole is stretched out from the breast a little, to give the impression of clamping pressure.
Maybe in the future.
