Lets just let the rack do it's job on this one. I humbly suggest the slow increase of tension to begin with. Stretch her 3 clicks of the ratchet for 15 minutes, then back off 1 click for 5 minutes, to be followed by tightening 3 clicks again. In fact….if you asked this one to describe herself…..she would probably say she was ‘ripped’………well my dear…….i promise you this……..after 18 hours in a dark medieval chamber with me…and you on the cruelest device known to man………. After the 3 hour wait, we begin the slow, methodical massage of her stertched muscles with blunt-tipped, long handled pinchers, concentrating mostly on her arms and legs.
While you are tending to that, I'll be using a short 2.5mm skewer to probe underneath her kneecaps.
After that we'll start pulling her apart... slowly of course.
