Why are so many files "file.php" and undownloadable?

Anyone know why are so many files suddenly (just in the last few days) seem to be in the format "file.php" which are un-downloadable?

Not sure what you're issue might be, but I can say that the files here show up as jpg when I right click, and I have never had a problem downloading from this forum.

How do you try to download, and what browser are you using?
