frog,
Her face is perfect. I saved that shot to work on another day. If you are using Photoshop, this will help with the hair. I studied 5 or 6 methods, and tried them all. This is very easy and looks really good. https://youtu.be/FmxC2ech_rM.

One I clipped the background from earlier tonight.

But the fun begins for J-Lo tonight, a little burning bush action. Actually, I think it has already been burned off.

Yep, hair can be a bitch. I haven't really mastered it yet, as you can see. I'll take a look at what you propose. Thanks.

I took a look at the youtube tutorial, but it is geared towards the full (professional) version of Photoshop (I just have Photoshop Elemets, so many of those features do not work precisely the same way or are not there. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for the tip and I'll see if there is a way some of those elements may be present in the abridged version I have. As I said, hair is a pisser. . .

I found this one for Elements, but I don't know what version you are using.

Thanks a million. I took a look at it today and it has taught me a lot of things. I'll have to look at it some more to get the hang of it, since I can not watch it and practice at the same time, so I sort of have to memorize the steps before I try them. But still, I appreciate it a lot. Somehow it never occurs to me that there are such things as tutorials on the net. It's that old clunker in me, used to going to the library or actually taking a class.
