There's an episode of Charmed where one of the witches is captured by a demon of some sort, secured to a metal grate and lowered into a shallow pool of water. He then commands a few electric eels to swim through holes in the grate, sending shocks to the grate, which combine in her midsection. You only get to see a few shocks, but I do love how she throws her head back, and that high-pitched scream is icing on the cake! Honestly, it provides fuel for fanfic to lengthen this torture, which is revealed in the episode to go on for some time. I don't even like that show much LOL.

Meanwhile there's a video game called SpyGame I think? It actually has a minigame where you torture a woman with electricity. I don't play it but I've seen the scene on youtube, quite nice.
