Title: Torture Club (JBD-173)

Starring: Misa Yuki

Produced by: Attackers

Running time: One hour and 50 minutes

If anyone was looking for the GIMP World equivalent of lunch-bag letdown, Torture Club might fit the bill.

This Japanese porn film from Attackers should be terrific. It's beautifully photographed, has an attractive star, and includes a healthy mix of torture and rape scenes, including some pretty imaginative torture scenarios. How could it go wrong?

And yet, in many ways, it does.

There's no plot, almost no dialogue, no acting (other than the victim squealing and crying) and some parts drag on much too long. The net effect is a movie that has its moments but is often surprisingly lifeless.

The premise of the movie is that a woman is subjected to a series of tortures that may be either reality or fantasy. Whatever the case, it's definitely non-consensual, so the premise works fine as GIMP fare.

Misa Yuki, an attractive MILF, plays the victim. When we first see her, she is bound by chains in a standing position, with her arms chained to the ceiling and her ankles chained to cinder blocks. She is wearing nothing but dirty panties and a sack over her head. A villain arrives and removes the sack, and terrified Misa tries to understand what is happening to her.

In a new scene, a villain links a chain attached to Misa's cuffed wrists to a hook that hangs by chain from a pulley above. The villain ties various ropes around Misa and positions her on her back on the floor so he can tie her ankles to nearby cinder blocks.

The villain frees Misa's wrists from the cuffs and ties them by rope to cinder blocks, while the hook that hangs from the ceiling is linked to a rope tied around Misa's waist and legs. The villain uses the pulley and chain to hoist Misa in the air, with her arms and legs still bound to the cinder blocks. Misa squeals as she dangles in that position for a significant stretch of time.

Eventually, Misa is lowered back to the ground and is left lying on the floor, drenched in sweat and gasping for air while still tied to the cinder blocks.

Some vibrator action follows. Misa, who is completely naked, is seated in a wooden chair, with her cuffed arms and legs tied by chains to boards at the back of the chair. Three villains arrive and run their hands over Misa's tits and body.

The villains use an assortment of vibrators -- including bullet and massager vibrators and a rabbit vibrator -- on Misa's body, breasts and, of course, her pussy. Unfortunately, the vibrators segment runs for about 25 minutes, which is way too long and really drags down the movie.

Sexual assault is the next item on the menu. The three villains from the vibrator sequence place Misa in a pillory, with her head and arms locked in the boards and her ankles bound by cuffs and chains. For some odd reason, the three villains are wearing black T-shirts and undies but no pants.

One of the pant-less fiends, an older gent, approaches Misa's imprisoned head. He lowers his undies and runs his dick against Misa's face as Misa protests. After rubbing his member against Misa's tightly closed mouth, the villain grabs the back of Misa's head and forces her to blow him.

The older guy positions himself near Misa's back end and spanks her ass, eliciting cries of pain. Misa does some nice squirming and squealin' as her butt is repeatedly smacked. Once Misa's ass is sufficiently reddened, the older guy steps aside and a second fiend moves in to fuck Misa.

Misa shrieks as she is slammed and the rapist bangs away until he cums inside her. A second guy takes his turn, grabbing the boards to help him thrust with more force. That guy also finishes inside Misa. The older guy returns and he plows Misa. Once the older dude has withdrawn, a stream of cum flows from Misa's pussy as her body quivers.

The gang-rape segment is OK but disappointing. Because of the absence of any dialogue, it isn't as nasty as it could have been. These scenes should have been much better.

Up next, naked Misa -- whose arms are tied behind her back -- is forced to kneel on a pallet of triangular wooden posts that is arranged so the sharp vertices of the posts form the top of the pallet. Misa's body and hair are tied to a rope from the ceiling.

The villain places cinder blocks on Misa's lap and binds them in place. Misa shrieks in pain while her body drips in sweat. This scene is well executed, although it's not the kind of thing that does much for me.

One of the film's stronger sequences follows. Misa, who is once again wearing the dirty panties, is tied to an apparatus that is a combination of a wooden cross and a set-up resembling a wooden horse. A noose is strung around Misa's neck, although not tightly, and a villain pulls off Misa's panties.

A wooden beam is secured in a horizontal position between Misa's legs. Two villains remove the cinder blocks that were beneath Misa's feet so that Misa is painfully straddling the edge of the wooden beam while her arms are bound to the cross. A villain ties a wooden bit gag into Misa's mouth and leaves Misa squirming in agony.

It gets even better. The cinder blocks are briefly placed back underneath Misa's feet so the horizontal post can be replaced with a similar post that has a huge electric massager vibrator inserted in a hole in the middle. The cinder blocks are taken away and the huge vibrator is activated. Soaked in sweat, Misa squeals through her bit gag as she rides the makeshift wooden horse and its large vibrator.

As Misa continues to straddle the post with the vibrator, one of the villains attaches clothespins to Misa's nipples. The clothespins are tied to wires that allow the villain and his friend to tweak Misa's tits.

Misa shrieks in pain when the villains cruelly yank the clothespins off her nipples.

As the vibrator stimulates her pussy, Misa squeals and rocks her legs. The squeals hit high decibels and Misa climaxes, squirting all over the huge electronic device. After the vibrator is switched off, Misa continues to grunt and groan.

The best part of Torture Club comes at the end. Naked Misa, whose legs are tightly bound by ropes and whose arms are tied behind her back, is hanging upside down from the ceiling. She is tied to an overhead trolley system that lets the villains push her back and forth from one side of the room to the other. Two villains push Misa back and forth a couple of times and then take turns thrashing her with floggers.

The whippings are delivered with force and Misa's cries and squeals are perfect. At times, Misa is centred between the villains and they both whip her. The film ends with a beaten Misa dangling upside down as snot drips off the bridge of her nose.

My grade: B

This movie gets a decent grade for the stuff it got right, particularly the whippings at the end and the part where Misa is straddling the wooden-horse-like apparatus. It's too bad that many other scenes, such as the gang rape, didn't live up to their potential. Torture Club is worth seeing but it's nothing to get excited about.

New NicheClips movies:

I am not one to promote, however PKF and John Marshall, 2 films Antipathy and Eviction Denied, with actress Alexandra are fantastic. She is a great actress and really sells the pain and humiliation. Besides being beautiful with a great body she can really make it look real, trust me.

"The one thing I'm not sure of is if 12 volts is enough to pass through a well connected wet body. Anyone?"

It's not about voltage 12 DC or 110 AC but the current. A dry skin body is a poor conductor of electricity but a wet body (the human body is 80% water) is an excellent conductor of electricity. A wet person can be electrocuted to death by a 12 VC car battery just as easily as 110 AC volt house current and it's just as painful too.

It take as little as 100ma amps current (a 100 watt light bulb draws one amp of current) though the heart to kill it regardless of AC or DC. Bill K.

Fritz: In response to your concerns about improper electro-torture with cables and a car battery (since Joanna hasn't piped in yet), I completely agree. Scenes are diminished for me if they are not realistic. I think Lethal Weapon was probably the best attempt at a realistic scene with cables and a car battery. I just happened to be working on a series (using Joanna's model incidentally) that illustrates a possibly effective way to set up electro torture with these tools. First of all, rubber gloves. Second, good contact points with a wet sponge. Finally, lots of water. I think a soaking wet victim is sufficiently grounded that you wouldn't even need to use the ground clamp, but it couldn't hurt. Gary even gets shocked in this scene when he tries to hold the victim steady, so I think that addresses one of your concerns, Fritz.

The one thing I'm not sure of is if 12 volts is enough to pass through a well connected wet body. Anyone?

Here's my latest work with Joanna's model which I finally got working with her help. (Thanks Joanna) I hope to do the complete scene.

Thomas Chaser: Nice work on the review of The Milgram Experiment 2. The review itself is informative and fun, and the caps continue to be great.

As was noted in the discussion of the first film, this isn't my idea of a good time. But these movies clearly work for you and for others. It must be rewarding to know that Mood Pictures has responded to the points you raised in your first review.

Thanks for putting the review together.

The Milgram Experiment 2 by Mood Pictures

Review by: Thomas Chaser

Dr. Stanley Milgram was a psychologist who performed a study to see if Adolph Eichmann’s defense against Nazi war crimes (wherein Eichmann claimed that he should be blameless for his actions since he was acting under the authority of the ruling government at the time the acts were committed, so therefore the government is to blame) might have some validity. Milgram then set up an experiment to see if common, ordinary people were capable of performing acts of cruelty against another person if they were told they would not be held liable for their actions. Milgram’s experiment proved Eichmann had a strong argument, and in Mood Pictures’ “Milgram Experiment”, they took it a step farther, with acts far more cruel than what Milgram had done.

I gave the first “Milgram Experiment” movie an A+ for several reasons, most of which was the first and last segments. That film was gritty and horrifying to watch, both sexually and psychologically, with beautiful women being subjected to long sessions of whipping and humiliation punctuated by the reluctance of the women ordering those unfortunate victims to be whipped. The struggle on both sides of the window was remarkably gripping.

Mood Pictures hadn't planned on making a sequel, but the popularity of their first film prompted them to make another. They read my criticisms of the first film – and my glowing review – and incorporated the positive aspects while revising the negative. So did they accomplish something that so few studios have done successfully? Did they actually make a sequel that is better than the original? Read on.

The movie opens with a brief explanation of how the experiment’s room is set up, and a brief explanation of how the experiment will be conducted. The “Wednesday Addams” lab assistant is back and looking more beautiful than ever. She’s also just as cruel and manipulative as she was in the first film. Every good movie needs a bad villain, and in this film it’s her. She’s the girl you want to love, even if you know she’s going to stick a stiletto in your neck after she has a screaming orgasm.

The first pair to be tested is Mood Pictures’ newest redhead, Bella, and the “mark”, Jessica. They're told to review the contract and sign it. While the “doctor” is away, Bella and Jessica engage in conversation and Jessica even compliments Bella on her hair-do, with a mutual promise to exchange the name of the hairdresser after the experiment is over. What makes this segment worth noting is that Jessica is like any other outgoing young woman. She’s friendly, vivacious, pleasant, and pretty. Although we know this is a Mood Pictures film and we suspect where this is going, we can't help but think “Oh no, not her!” If she’s corruptible, aren't we all?

Of course we are.

The experiment begins and, as in the first movie, we're taken on a roller-coaster ride of emotions as the “teacher” tries to adhere to the experiment’s rules while at the same time attempting to protect the student. This dichotomy raises this segment to a level that wasn't present in the first film, and the result is certainly unexpected. Don't worry, I won't spoil this part for you but trust me when I say that if you're a fan of whipping, medical experiments, and psychological horror you won't be disappointed.

That’s quite a bang, and there are three more segments to go!

Next up we have the “mark” Emese paired with one of my favorite Mood/Elite Pain models, Tara Breek. You may remember her from the film “Fear”, which I also reviewed favorably, particularly her performance in it. What excites me about her is the way she handles the pain. Most women scream and shout and cry, but Tara internalizes the pain. The more it hurts, the quieter she gets. But in her silence you can see the emotion behind it. You want to cry out for her, because she doesn't. Of course, it doesn't bode well for Tara when you have Wednesday Addams as your lab assistant.

This segment goes on for a while, and you'll wince with every stroke.

Next up comes the “innocent lamb” of the Mood Pictures stable, Nancy, paired with a heavy-set woman as the teacher. During the introduction, Nancy deliberately acts bitchy towards the woman, chastising her for talking too much and, comically, grabbing the same envelope the woman does during the selection process. She tops it off by telling the woman she doesn't have a pen when the woman asks to borrow one. So what happens when you piss off the wrong woman? I think we all know what this will lead to, and sure enough, it does. It leads to something very much like this:

Shivering, quivering, crying. It’s all here. If you're a fan of Alice Cooper or running mascara in general, you'll love Nancy’s tears. At one point I was afraid her body was going to shut down from the abuse, but she gets no such relief. Even the teacher can see that things aren't progressing the way she'd like, so she has a little pow-wow with Wednesday Addams.

And it just gets worse from here. Worse, in a good way if you're into this sort of thing, and I think you are, which means you'll absolutely love this sequence. First she gets her pants pulled down, then her underwear, leaving her completely naked and vulnerable to the whip. Poor Nancy gets a thorough working-over to the point that she can't stand up under her own power, causing the experiment to end. But what sealed the deal for me was the teacher’s closing words, which I won't reveal here because I believe you should get a little surprise for your money and this scene really delivers on the promise of some gut-wrenching stuff.

Next we have my new favorite Mood Pictures girl, Roxanne. She doesn't have the most athletic body of the stable (that award goes to Annette, who isn't in this movie) but she does have the cutest face and definitely the most engaging attitude about her. She reminds me of the sorority girls I knew in college, that were so sweet and innocent on campus but real party girls at the bars and the most adventurous in the bedroom. You really want to see her get worked over, and I can think of no better way to end this film than with her taking a turn on the frame. And what’s better than a sorority girl getting tortured with a whip? How about her getting tortured on the command of a moderately-attractive nerdy red-head girl with a chip on her shoulder? Perfect.

But here’s the thing about nerdy girls. They're smart. After a progression of whippings, the teacher starts to figure things out. She begins to jump ahead of the game; she starts to suspect the outcome. But there’s one problem. She can't outthink her own psychology. Secretly, she’s a sadist. She enjoys inflicting pain, particularly against someone she’s decided represents every pretty girl in every class that’s pretended to be her friend just to use her intelligence for their own benefit. She has an underlying grudge against society and people in general and she’s been given carte blanche to do whatever she wants without fear of reprisal. Complicating things is this experiment and a problem with an uncooperative student. Fortunately, she has Wednesday Addams as her advisor, who is more than happy to help her resolve her issues. Together, they come to a mutual agreement on how best to deal with the situation.

Of course if whipping doesn't work, then shame will. Right? Well, it’s worth a shot, at least. So our intrepid amateur intellectual gives it the ol’ college try. Never mind the student’s opinion on the matter. After all, the student is to blame for not performing better. Any idiot can listen to a dozen random words and match them up if given only one chance to memorize them. Right? I'm sure the nerdy girl does it every night to test her own intellectual capabilities. Besides, the student has no rights and labor management wishes slavery had never been abolished. The nerdy girl has the power here and nobody will stop her, so let’s get started, shall we?

This goes on for quite a while and you will feel every stroke. At one point the teacher even gives her student some encouragement to keep enduring the whipping. When they reach the end, the teacher announces the twentieth stroke with a flourish. Chilling? Yes. A monster is awakening. But that’s just the beginning of the horrors unleashed on the girl formerly known as Roxanne, now just the subject of the experiment; an organism reduced to simple stimulus-response observation. The teacher is doing the stimulating and she’s not liking the way the student is responding. Without even asking another question, the teacher begins to think about new ways to torture her student. She consults with Wednesday Addams and after a short discussion, Dr. Addams has an idea. But, of course, it is far too cruel for this experiment.

Or is it?

One thing I've learned is that if you give someone power, they will take every bit of it. The red-headed Bitch of Budapest has been given power over a girl and she’s going to take as much of that power as she can and use it to achieve her goals. Nothing is beyond the limits of humanity here. If it takes switching the instrument of torture to something so cruel that most women can't handle it, then that is what will be done!

But even an intellectual amateur scientist knows that the experiment can't succeed if the subject is dead, so she begins to question what exactly is going on. She asks if there’s a nurse or someone who could check on the subject to make sure she isn't about to pass out and/or die. Wednesday Addams says that there isn't anyone medically trained but that the experiment should continue, that everything is safe and being conducted under close supervision. But the Bitch of Budapest isn't satisfied, and if she isn't satisfied, then nobody is going to be satisfied, including Wednesday Addams. The Bitch says the experiment is over, and that’s that.

So is this film better than the first one? In my opinion, yes. The models are better looking, the teachers are more engaging, and the punishments go on for a very long time. The film isn't perfect – I miss Mandy Tortega as the executioner but Giulianna does a good turn at the job. Mandy had the cold-as-death air about her. Giulianna does not. However, she would have made a very good “Ilsa:She-Wolf of the SS” type of executioner with the right wardrobe. With Giulianna’s Aryan features, the producers could have exploited that subliminal connection. Oh well. Maybe next time.

Another thing I pined for was the forced cutting-away of the clothing. In the first film, the students were bound wrist-and-ankles to the frame, limiting their movements. The cutting away of the clothing added a more intense shaming element to the piece than simply unbuttoning the pants and sliding them down the students’ legs. The cutting heightens the feeling of humiliation – not only are the clothes coming off, they won't be going back on, either.

If I could add something to the experiment, it'd be a fourth level of punishment rather than just three as used in the first film and in this one. In other words, the punishment could start with a leather whip, then move to a full stripping, then to a caning, and then add a fourth punishment by having the student’s nipples clipped to a chain and that chain clipped to the fencing. Or install an adjustable bar about waist-high to hold the student’s butt out farther. But these are minor criticisms of a film that surpasses its predecessor much the same way as “Aliens” was better than “Alien” and “Star Trek: Wrath of Khan” surpassed the first “Star Trek” movie. Both “Milgram Experiment” and “Milgram Experiment 2” stand on their own merits, but “ME2” is just a little bit more in the way of looks, sexual energy, and insight into human psychology and the horror that resides in all of us. The fact that the video is real - that the "teacher" is not an actress but someone who is genuinely there to conduct this sort of medical experiment - elevates the movie above your typical BDSM-style film. Mood Pictures could make another sequel and the concept would never get old.

My rating: A+

(2611) x, I saw your post 2602 about the K3 movie. I found it on my hard-drive; not sure where I got it and it may not be the complete movie. I got it as "Prison in Hell K3". The only electro scene I saw in the film is the one in the vidcap above. The most frustrating part of this film is the camera work only shows snippets of the girls. We don't get any sustained full-body camera shots. I will say that the electro is average at best - a girl getting fucked by a dildo machine while being zapped on her nipples.

The better parts are (a) a girl staked out in the jungle, legs wide apart, for the animals to come eat;

(b) a girl in a gyno chair that gets knifed as a warning for another girl; and

(c) a girl is bolted onto a frame on her hands and knees and has her virginity "cleaned out" by the warden's hand while another captive watches. Those three scenes are worth a look if you haven't seen them.

(2610) I meant to say, I've written a review and it will be posted shortly, once I get the kinks worked out. And since I have to post twice anyway, here's a picture of the holding cell still in progress. I'm surprised that Mood would tear down their "Milgram Experiment" set just to build this one, which pretty much reduces the chances for a ME3, but I suppose set space is limited.

(2609) A couple things:

First, I've written a review of Mood Pictures latest release "Milgram Experiment 2". Long review short - if you loved the first one you'll love the second one, too. The girls are prettier, the tortures are longer, and, psychologically, the girls speaking into the microphone aren't afraid to get their hands bloody in the name of science.

Second, I've received word that Mood Pictures is hard at work constructing the set for their next installment in the "History of Pain" series, this time set in the medieval period. I'm a "Game of Thrones" fan with all of its nudity and gore, and I'm anxious to see what sort of diabolical instruments they utilize in Mood Pictures' dungeon that could top what's in George RR Martin's twisted brain. I'm including a design sketch of the prisoner holding cell that will be at the back of the dungeon. So much potential with this one.

Just Luna? Hell, no! We'll build the House of Horrors in Vegas and you and Fritz can provide commentary and analysis on the on-going torture and snuff. At least 4 girls tortured and at least 1 killed every night!

Howie:
Okay, folks. Here's a link to 22 fully animated GIFs I created from the movie K3 Prison of Hell, courtesy of my friend across the isle, Fritz (Aka Gene).

20 GIFs, actually. #5 and #6 both link to "Hey, Arnie!" and #7 and #8 both link to "I can't stand your bawling anymore".

============================

I found a site where you can watch, before paying Diabolik DVD $50 for the film. The first 85 minutes is BJs and semi-consensual sucking. Then follows some of the lamest whipping I've seen.

The torture / snuff scene is about 10 minutes. The death of the other two girls follow, each lasting under a minute.

Not worth the price, in my opinion.

Thank you for the feedback, Kathyrne. And thanks for all of the goodies you've been sharing!

Today's MAM cover appears to show a GIMP chained to the outside of a Nazi submarine. That is hard to find, but effective, theme. It's from Man's Action Aug 1969.

I have an idea banging around in my head for an illustration commission involving Betty and Veronica. Can anyone suggest a good but inexpensive artist who can draw in the style of 1970's Dan DeCarlo? It would be for a full faux comic book cover, with at least five characters. Possibly two versions, one R-rated and the other X. I could almost certainly hire Mike DeCarlo for the R-rated version, but he is justifiably pricy.

Gog: LOL at your YouTube vid, thanks. Everybody else who stumbles upon it on YouTube will likely be scratching their heads.

Howie: The best part of your latest batch of animated gifs is that you kept the dialogue subtitles while the blonde chick is getting pummeled.

"Come on, Arnie! Beat her up! Beat the shit out of her! I want to hear her scream!"

Great stuff. Actually, I wasn't a big fan of that movie overall, though. The only scene I really liked was when the chick got fried with electricity while being fucked with the electric dildo, which we have in the Electro-Shock Database. Ever think about animating that scene?

(2596) Firstly, I wanted to thank everyone who gave an opinion on my last question. I'm working on the graphic story, although due to texting the post-work will make it much slower than a single image peril set. So my next upload to my site will take a bit.

Secondly, @ Covers, I really liked today's cover. Thanks for uploading it!

And lastly, although I know which images I gave to Ralphus to post for the daily images, I find if really fun to log in every day to see which one of my selections it will be. Much Thanks, Ralphus!!

That's a good point. I know that a number of earlier reviews that I did of Japanese porn flicks linked to a site that no longer exists.

I will work with Ralphus to get that fixed.

At least one review may be problematic, as I don't think the movie will be found online anywhere (the version that I reviewed was from a disc I bought at a local store). That review may just have to be scrapped.

Yes I have read almost all of the non-ZFX, Japanese, Kink.com reviews. quite a number of links to film studios or sites are ineffective, might want to check that every so often.

As for Teraz, I must agree with most of the reviews, but being disappointed that Kristi and the Time Machine is a) a rip off of Time Tunnel (hello, Dr. Who predates Time Tunnel) and b) the storyline is just meant to run one nude scene after another? Hey, you want plot read a book, want oiled steamy ladies in weird situations, then this is a good spot for that.

@Elkcreek-glad you also enjoyed the Wondergirl AOH torture custom. I'm also glad they got the tall villain. As far as a sequel, I usually don't go for 2nds. Of the 13 customs I've done:

(Wow, that's more than I thought), I've only done 2 sequels. The first sequel with Daphne from Seductive Studios was ok compared to the first but the second sequel with Candle Boxxx was a home run IMO. I'm gonna try to stay on the sidelines for a while...until the producers come out with a model I feel they haven't properly AOH tortured >:)

Okay, folks. Here's a link to 22 fully animated GIFs I created from the movie K3 Prison of Hell, courtesy of my friend across the isle, Fritz (Aka Gene).

The thumbnail below is literally the tamest one in the bunch.

K3 009

These are ROUGH STUFF. If any of you thought Return to the Blood Shack was too rough, you're not gonna wanna see these, but if your tastes are more to the hard side, or if you just like seeing a skinny blonde get beat up by a guy twice her size...

K3 006

Well then, check out the full gallery of 22 GIFs here: [postimg.org]

Enjoy. I sure as Hell did. wink cool

Just a few passing thoughts: surprised to see a reference to a Teraz film. On the day that the long awaited return of ZFX to moviedom, I found Teraz and was an immediate convert. Clever plot lines, lots of whipping, moody yes, but damn the ladies are spectacular.

Also found a place with old magazine covers and etc. called blondezombies.blogspot.com and Alex at Flexislave (go thru clips4sale), erotic whipping that is harsh but not overdone like Elite or underdone by Paingate.

MAV, for the record I love Wondergirl vs the Vexor. I would give it an A- easily. Jackie did a great job of acting for a low budget flick. When is Part 2 coming? If I could offer suggestion, let the suffering scenes be a little longer. Watching a victim gasp for breath and realize her helplessness is almost as good as the suffering itself. It's also cool to have the victim at some point breakdown from the torture.

I wish I could afford to commission some of these customs myself. I have a ton of ideas, but no money. :) The actresses and tormentor are everything in these clips. In this case Jackie was a very convincing victim, and her tormentor was a convincing torturer. The diminutive size of Jackie added to the effect. I can't tell you how many of these clips have some little "girlie man" as the tormentor who doesn't appear evil or effective. When the victim is physically more imposing than the victimizer and the assault appears to have little effect the result is usually pathetic. A great example of this are the Relic Raider flicks.

Yeah, you're so right! A picture of a paper clip will persuade ANYONE to click on a topic that he thinks might not be interesting based on the subject line, just to see what's hidden in there! And if there's a HUNDRED little paper clips, he'll click on all 100! For the same reason!

God help the poster who wrote the post if he chose not to attach a picture. It might get zero hits if the subject line sounds dull. Oh well, thank God for inventing the paper clip, aka the Key That Unlocks the Mysteries of the Universe.

Deathtrap: I hear ya. I studied film and was in the business many years ago, back when folks edited on Moviolas, not Macs. And yes, the general rule of thumb was to cut scenes tight to keep the action flowing. However, there are exceptions. To build suspense, to let viewers admire a purdy establishing shot, or in the case of porn, to let punters ogle endless scenes of people fucking – in these cases, the shot was allowed to linger.

I'm actually a pretty impatient guy, so if a scene – even one which excites me – drags on, I'll get annoyed (is anyone at GIGA listening?). At the same time, I also want to see enough of the good stuff to savor it. In RTBS, at least six different perils are inflicted during twelve minutes in the blood shack, and some of them, like the drill scene, last only a few seconds. At the same time, Luna is shown wandering around that yard for almost 4 minutes – something which tempted me to hit the fast forward button.

Guidelines appropriate to traditional movies don't necessarily apply to those aimed at the fetish crowd. For instance, most GIMP clip producers are happy to reveal their video's content beforehand, even the ending, while I doubt many mainstream directors would do so. Similarly, the balance between cutting away to keep things moving and indulging the pervs with extended peril scenes should, IMO, lean to the latter.

* * * * *

A Canadian: Thanks for that pointer to the latest Dyna Woman film. After enjoying Silence of the Wolves, I think I'm developing an affection for the Muddy-Asian-GIMP sub-genre. Kudos to Miki for really immersing herself in the role. Can you imagine any American or European actress consenting to having her snoot rammed into a puddle of sludge like that?

Hey guys, remember me?

I've been working 7 days a week, so my days usually consist of 1) waking up 2) going out to work 3) coming home, feeding cats 4) taking a quick nap 5) getting things prepped for the next day 6) grabbing a bite to eat and checking the site before bed and 7) sleeping. Rinse and repeat. I'm usually too tired to post, but I've been keeping up on the daily chatter and it's good stuff.

So what happens when I stay away for 6 days? I just did a quick check to see that my last posting (on Friday, not really that long ago) has already scrolled all the way down to near the bottom of the forum. In the 96 posts since then, we've had 4 movie reviews, 88 embedded pictures, 10 animated gifs, 6 YouTube videos, and 30 posts by Howie (aka Roger Ebert). I'd say you guys are doing just fine without me.

Let me address a few posts.

K9mmv wrote:

You know, I'm sorry about that. It's not the first time we've gotten that complaint. Things move pretty fast around here and it's easy for posts to get missed. I know everybody likes to get feedback; otherwise, you think people don't care if no one says anything. When was the last time Covers got a comment on his MAM Covers of the Day? (or for that matter, when I post a new story in the Men's Adventure Magazine Stories section?) It's frustrating. Just imagine if this board were threaded, which would give people an excuse for not even clicking to see your artworks. I can assure you that your contributions are welcomed, and don't let a lack of response deter you from posting.

Howie and Fritz (Siskel and Ebert, or is it Ebert and Siskel?):

Thanks for your takes on the new Deathtrap Films release. I think hearing both sides of the argument is extremely helpful in deciding whether to check out the movie. At any rate, I'm a big fan of the very cute Luna Vera, and what happens to her in Return to Blood Shack sounds GIMP-worthy enough for a purchase. Such a sweet, wholesome girl, and those are my favorite kind of victims to torture.

Howie's totally animated review (a GIMP first) is here: http://ralphus.net/reviews/other/returntobloodshack.htm

Fritz's rebuttal review is here: http://ralphus.net/reviews/other/returntobloodshacka.htm

A Canadian: As usual, I really enjoy it when you grace the board with your take on these JAV releases. Silence of the Wolves sounds more rapey and about humiliation than what I favor, but at least it features an AOH stun gun sequence, and I'm glad you think the movie is worthy of an A. Really nice vidcaps, too.

I love it. The girl dances around topless in a music video for 4 minutes and all of a sudden she's achieved worldwide fame. I'll admit, she is smokin' hot, but you may have to settle for a few suggestive poses from one of her recent photo shoots instead.

Thanks. That's how I create them in beautiful color. The disadvantage for side by side is you have to keep them small. The advantage of anaglyph is even though you lose the beautiful colors, you can make them really big. I get frustrated spending days on things that few people can see, or have an interest in. (2566) Fritz: One more thing about the length of films. It's actually easier to make longer films than shorter films. All you have to do is let the shots run longer. We always start with a much longer rough cut and then we cut cut cut. With every cut our film gets progressively shorter but it also gets tighter. We understand that people want to linger on those things they love. But, if you don't love it that much, it's easy for a scene to go on too long and become flat and boring. That's the central dynamic tension in editing these films and as we've gone along we've made a variety of different choices in terms of the philosophy of editing. But in the end, whether you know it or not, you would much rather have a film where every shot is one second shorter than its platonically perfect length than one second longer.

Kathyrne: I'm gobbling up the daily pics with gusto. Thanks again for sharing your work here.

As much as I enjoy your individual renders, I prefer series with a storyline. For me, what leads up to a climactic peril scene and what follows it adds a lot to the excitement. Also, a bit of character development, varying POVs, perhaps some suspense or a twist in the final frame – all these elements are possible in a sequence of images but difficult or impossible to convey in a single picture.

As you might guess, that means I'm casting a strong vote for you finishing the graphic story image set first.

* * * * *

A Canadian: My write-up for Return to Blood Shack initially was not meant to be a review, but it turned into one – kind of.

* * * * *

Elkcreek: Welcome back, and thanks for that review of HBAD-216. I won't be buying it, but I've got to say that those JAV DVD covers featuring sleekly attired Asian beauties brandishing firearms are pretty impressive. Too bad such weaponry typically acts as no more than a threatening prop in the films. It would be fun to see the heroines engage in more actual gun battles and suffer the consequences of losing.

Interesting chart, Roger. There's just one problem with your revisionist theory. When an English teacher grades essays for her class, the bell curve consists only of those she is marking, not every essay in the country. There could be a thousand epsilon-minus submissions in Kalamazoo, but these will not serve to increase the results at Riverdale High one iota. In the same way, that 90% of GIMP video flotsam I'll never see has no bearing on my own grades, as my distribution consists only of the films I've watched. And on that curve, RTBS is and ever will be a C. Nice try, though.

Further, the grade is based solely on the quality of the product. Value for the money does not enter into the equation. Nor does the “padding” – as I've already explained to Deathtrap, I did not ding RTBS for including preview material. Although the extras are fine, because of the clip's relatively short running time, they seem to take precious minutes away from the GIMP action I wanted to see. In short, the padding can stay, but the movie needs to be longer.

And yes, I did enjoy the electro scenes. That doesn't make them realistic or credible. Even though I may be able to look past certain technical flaws, they still deserve to be noted and, according to my rules, they will affect the grade, if not my enjoyment.

* * * * *

(2558) Elkcreek: Welcome back and thanks for posting the review of HBAD-216.

Last year, before I knew who Miki Sunohara was, I had checked out the trailer for that film [www.av-hibino.com]. It didn't really appeal to me.

Your comments about the electric torture scene have got me rethinking that decision (although your assessment of the overall film confirms my initial hunch).

By the way, HBAD-216 doesn't seem to be all that easy to find -- at least, not on disc. The only source I could find was asianscreens.com.

(2557) Wow, it's been a while. Well I've been busy with forced tech changes, had to buy a new Macbook, and the unforeseen but necessary expense and the resulting reorganization of files has kept me busy.

Now a quicky review for MIKI SUNAHORA fans. After seeing THZ-57 I picked up HBAD-216 from a supplier. While my experience with HBAD products has been mostly mediocre this one has a few scenes that are out of the ordinary for the genre. This is a "captured undercover cop" genre flick. Most of these with the exception of Attackers end up being short on the GIMP and heavy on consensual looking sex.

This one starts out as Miki tries to break in to a female slavery ring hidden behind a bar. She fights her way in, in some mediocre at best fight scenes. And tortures a man she captures for a couple of minutes with her gun until another thug forces her to drop her gun by threatening a hostage. Miki is then manhandled and stomach punched several times by the thug she was humiliating. While she's still clothed the level of violence was refreshing for this genre and her reactions are good.

Than we have a generic Jap rape scene, sadly Miki never reacts as if she is really fighting back and even while she's tied thru some of it, the best expression she seems to give is one of annoyance, disappointing to say the least. She is tied AOH, but she escapes, but she is captured again like the first time. Than partially clothed she is forced to electronic stimulation while tied AOH, again the scene is mediocre at best. Rico Tachabana and Ayumi Kase use to make these scenes enjoyable, Miki doesn't.

This is followed by the rape of one of the hostages, she's a little hotty and actually pulls it off. The best scene so far as she is fighting back the whole time. But at this point the flick isn't worth the admission fee. But then Miki is tied nude AOH on a bed and wired up by the thug she humiliated earlier.

What proceeds is about 7-10 minutes of excellent electric torture. It starts out slowly, but at every step Miki is grimacing in pain, first shaking and then writhing. She struggles for breath and seems to beg him to stop. And the tormentor (the best part) seems to be enjoying it. At one point she passes out. When she wakes up her legs are spread apart and an electric dildo is inserted in her vagina and the torment continues until she passes out again. This is followed by another generic "rape" scene that Miki seems to enjoy after she is presented Slave Island style to the captors leader.

This scene is well worth every dime I paid. And is actually one of Miki's best scenes. I'd rate the movie a C-, but the scene is a solid A. If it was longer it would be an A+

It actually ends up being one of her better movies (haven't seen the wolves flick yet). It doesn't have the awful camera angles of Gunsaver or the stupid cutaways to the ugly Alien of THZ-57.

Well, that looks entertaining. Thanks for the "Return to the Bloodshake" update and review. I agree, location makes a world of difference. As a low-end bondage producer, it's also one of the hardest parts of a shoot. In my experience, you have to travel where the models live, which makes location hard when time and budget is an issue. Sadly, hotel rooms are often the last resort.

Fritz/Gene: It would appear I was somewhat remiss in not thanking you for your review of Return to Blood Shack.

That might have seemed particularly rude, given that I thanked Howie/Roger for his review.

For what it's worth, I did read the post but I interpreted it as a detailed rebuttal rather than an actual review (such confusion wouldn't exist on a threaded forum).

My mistake. Thanks for putting the review together and for the discussion that has followed.

I'm weighing my thoughts on the "insanely fuckable" matter. It seems like a reasonable statement to me in certain circumstances (for example, in a sentence about Lisa Kinkaid) but I haven't checked it with any female acquaintances.

@ Kathyrne - For me, when it comes to Photosets, I like to see somewhat of a story develop, but mostly I like to see the GIMP's predicament continue to worsen.

Not that one shot's can't be fabulous, it's just that I find being able to enjoy different angles and scenarios as the scene progresses to be hotter.

(2549) Thanks to Howie and Matt for the compliments on the pictures. I do try to do good work for people to enjoy. Nice to see when I succeed. big grin

I have a question, for anyone who wants to toss their opinion out there. In a set of images, do y'all prefer to have just images of perilous situations (like my most recent "Random Acts of Violence" sets, if you've seen them) or do you like graphic stories which have a bit of a narrative behind them?

I ask because I am currently working on an image set with is more of a graphic story (albeit, an xxx-rated, really violent one, but still...), and I wondered if I should concentrate on just finishing it as soon as possible, or if I should work on more of the 'random peril' sets in between graphic story elements. This being the best place I can think of to open the floor to a conversation on the matter, I thought I would ask.

Thanks! smile

Ah, the pleasure was mine, sir. Thank you for torturing and killing the INSANELY FUCKABLE Luna Vera on film Ha ha.cool

Deathtrap said: rest assured, we will be reading up on our jumper cable safety manuals.

I'm sure there's a section somewhere in there on how to properly light up a securely tied naked women. lol wink

@ JH Lipton - I gave it an A, and so did Gene, which I'll illustrate in a moment, when did those two ever have anything positive to say? Haffaaa sir.. Haffaaa razz (stick out tongue) wink

=========

Fritz (Aka Gene) said: I don't buy the oft-used claim that a flawed production gets a pass because it is deliberately (or carelessly) flawed to resemble some previously released flawed production.

You hear that Black Dynamite? You suck... razz (stick out tongue) wink

Fritz (Aka Gene) Said: Several folks complained about Teraz's Bitch on a Burner citing this same rationale, and although I did enjoy that video more, the critical comments are valid… which is why Teraz is releasing a free sound version for customers who purchased the “homage”.

Yes their criticisms are valid, as I acknowledged yours, so not sure the point here. It's the level those criticisms actually effect the overall product that matters, and in this case, for a mere $19.00 I think people are getting their money's worth.

Fritz (Aka Gene) said: In the case of RTBS, those of us who can't see past the variety of problems in this clip – most of which you yourself acknowledge – just have to grin and bear it. I could probably live with one or two of them, but given the total number of fails, I had to contend that Deathtrap just doesn't merit an A for this release.

Hmm, I'm going to contend, given what you've written below, that you did actually give it an A, sir. cool

Lets see, you've already backtracked on the run time being "padded" which you did say it was in your original post. So that one no longer holds as much water.

The electro scene you now keep going on about, in your original post you already said: I have to confess I enjoyed the electro scenes, so hardly a big ding there.

And most of all, you just wrote: It's still better than 90% of the dross put out by the majority of fetish vendors

90% huh? Lets look at those good old grading scales again, shall we? wink

From the looks of that, 90% is an A-. Mine is an A, which by the way, I will say in a 94% A, as there is room for improvement.

Finally Fritz (aka Gene) Said: By the way, I asked a female friend who I thought might justifiably be described as INSANELY FUCKABLE what she thought of the term. Judging by her response, I suggest others make sure the ropes and chains are secured before broaching the topic with a woman. Why didn't you warn me?

Why would I need to warn you? If you're getting your come on lines to real world women from Torture Porn reviews, I don't think any amount of warning from me is gonna help. Besides, who gives a shit what a GIMP thinks of what we call them? I think you're getting soft, Gene. roll eyes (sarcastic) razz (stick out tongue) wink

(2543) @MrAnthony-
"Cross-eyed 3D would be more effective, since most people do not have colored 3D glasses lying around."

My personal experience has been that very few people can do that, and there are more people who have the glasses lying around. Of the people that can, half can only see it cross-eyed, and half can only see it parallel (me). Cross-eyed method is on the bottom here.

Most of the stuff on the internet is for cross-eyed viewing, and I have to switch them around so I can see it. 3D is a harsh mistress. It's a cold-hearted bitch with a 14 inch strap-on.

Also, just to clarify, I didn't mean to accuse you of padding the video by including previews (i.e., to make it seem like buyers are getting more for their money). The price is fair and I actually enjoy the previews. What I meant to say was that of the running time devoted to peril action, there is not enough to properly cover the variety of ordeals depicted. I suspect even the full 22 minutes would fall short.

I don't buy the oft-used claim that a flawed production gets a pass because it is deliberately (or carelessly) flawed to resemble some previously released flawed production.

Several folks complained about Teraz's Bitch on a Burner citing this same rationale, and although I did enjoy that video more, the critical comments are valid… which is why Teraz is releasing a free sound version for customers who purchased the “homage”.

It's still better than 90% of the dross put out by the majority of fetish vendors, but we here at the forum need to ensure the bar remains suitably high. Besides, sticklers for detail (like proper GIMP electrocution technique) should know what they are in for before spending their money on a high-graded video.

(2540) Luna Vera between shots on the set of Return to Blood Shack.

Wow. This was a pleasant surprise.

First off, let me say thank you to Howie for that very positive review of "Return to Blood Shack" as well as his helpful instructions on how to actually load vimeo videos to this site.

Second, let me thank Fritz for his far less positive but, I'm sure, honest review of the film. Howie's review makes all of us who have worked so hard on these films feel good about the work we created and motivates us to work even harder on our future projects. Fritz's review tells us that there is still plenty of room for improvement and his specific criticisms give us a general idea where our customers might find our product lacking.

I do want to refute one criticism that Fritz made, which is that we padded out the film with promo and trailers. We charge a dollar a minute for our films and for heavy special effects work we'll add a dollar. RTBS is an 18 minute film with heavy special effects. We never factor in promos and trailers in calculating what our price is going to be. We hope, of course, that our customers will enjoy our trailers and promos, but we are well aware that that is not what they are giving us their hard earned money for.

Thanks again, Howie. And Fritz, rest assured, we will be reading up on our jumper cable safety manuals.

So it's NOT just me. I have a few downloads from DeathTrap including the new RTBS, and I have those audio problems too. I thought it was just me.

I agree with your re-review. This movie is just a bit less than Shadow Army, but not nearly as well polished. Luna does great, but can't hold a candle to...Candle (sorry). SA deserves an A. While good, I'd give RTBS a B-.

In my view, it's fun to compare my take with the opinions from others who have seen the film or are planning to see it. I hope we get to learn Howie's take at some point.

A couple of thoughts on comments that were posted.

MAV wrote:

Yeah, I had my doubts that this film would satisfy the AOH crowd (I think Dr. Yuya felt the same way as MAV). For my money, people who want to see a much better "beating" scene should check out Special Armored Unit Gun Saver (GOMK-66), which I reviewed last year.

Fritz wrote:

This video must have broad appeal beacause it is the first time I've agreed with your assessment of a GIGA release.

I guess there's a first time for everything. smile

Perhaps I should have noted in the review (although I think it's obvious) that Silence of the Wolves strays pretty far from the Giga brand -- no monsters or aliens, and no sci-fi special effects (I don't consider the light used in the stun-gun torture scenes or the "beating" sound effects to be sci-fi).

Although I'm OK with the monsters and freaks, it is certainly true that this film is more accessible for people who prefer their GIMP films to have human characters.

Thanks A Canadian, Howie, and Fritz for your reviews. Here are my brief AOH observations (don't forget to stop by the DFN group, where we are now over 1000 members!):

On Silence of the Wolves: I love Miki Sunohara but was underwhelmed by the AOH torture scene since she was not stripped down. I also prefer grunts/groans instead of shrieks during torture scenes.

Return to Blood Shack: I bought the original and hated the camera angles on what was probably a decent AOH scene, but Howie's pics of Vera in this second one look great. I am very tempted, especially if Fritz who hated it thought the AOH electro scene was "enjoyable".

Lastly, if anyone is curious of a biased review of the Wondergirl AOH torture custom I recently did, here is a link. I think it's as close to a PG-13 PKF movie as there is since it includes beating, electro, and whipping of a scantily clad chick (albeit with no blood):

Dam non edit function... That's supposed to say: Hmmmm... Well, why am I Roger? cool

Anyhow, I'll take it. wink

Gene, Gene, Gene. You just need to lighten up a little.

It's already been mentioned in here the last time everyone, including me, was reviewing Buzzsaw Butchers that these guy aren't sticklers for authenticity in their electro scenes. I even mentioned in my review below that both cables weren't always touching at the same time. But I gave them points for improvement.

As a matter a fact, I don't get the sense that total realism is what they're even shooting for, but more of the late 70 early 80's splatter movie vibe with a LOT MORE nudity and extended torture, and to me that's what they hit on the nose.

Was I annoyed by the long trailer at the beginning and end that ate up some of the 22 min run time? Ya, I'll give you that, but Deathrap has those in all their flicks that I own, so again, to be expected if you're familiar with their product. But I'll give you it's worth mentioning.

I wasn't bothered by the extended look at Luna in the Junkyard, because she looked so INSANELY FUCKABLE to me the whole time. That's right Gene, Insanely Fuckable in that tight white bikini and itty bitty denim dress. Just knowing what was coming while watching her made it ALL the better for me.

I also wasn't bothered by the amount of time in the shed, because to me at least, those boys accomplished a lot in there. Hats off boys...

I will give you that the sound was a little off at times, and made it hard to understand what they were saying, but again, I almost think that's intentional to give it that low budget horror feel. Didn't really bother me with a nude Luna being tortured to death in front of me.

So there you go Gene. We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.

Good night everyone. We'll save a seat in the balcony for you, and we'll see you next time on, at the Hot Bitches getting Raped & Murdered at the Movies...

The better parts are (a) a girl staked out in the jungle, legs wide apart, for the animals to come eat;

20 GIFs, actually. #5 and #6 both link to "Hey, Arnie!" and #7 and #8 both link to "I can't stand your bawling anymore".

============================

* * * * *

A Canadian: My write-up for Return to Blood Shack initially was not meant to be a review, but it turned into one – kind of.

* * * * *

* * * * *

Thanks! smile

Deathtrap: Thanks for taking my review in the spirit it was intended. I probably should mention that I would grade some of your other films much higher, but just happened to pick on this one to respond to Howie's write-up. Where's My Coke, although one of your earlier titles, is still my favorite.

Roger: Thanks for that erudite and well crafted defence of your Return to Blood Shack review. Yes, it looks like we will have to agree to disagree.

In the case of RTBS, those of us who can't see past the variety of problems in this clip – most of which you yourself acknowledge – just have to grin and bear it. I could probably live with one or two of them, but given the total number of fails, I had to contend that Deathtrap just doesn't merit an A for this release.

@Fritz

(2536) This isn't like those old 3D comics where they look like paper dolls. I don't think this has been done before. My stuff looks like a deep window into the screen full of little sculptures. And I sweat blood to do it.

@ Gog - By the way, I did go and look up McKenzie Lee on Sex & Submission.

No fucking doubt, she's a STUNNING looking woman, but like Ralphus pointed out a few months ago, I just can't get into the Kink.com sites.

I watched a clip from the movie you had posted from, and one of the first things she says is something like: "Fuck me master".... Ehhhh.....

It's not like they don't have TONS of amazing looking women like McKenzie, and they certainly have some enticing bondage on their models, but their sites have just never done it for me.. confused

Ya, I didn't even buy the first one, because the screen caps didn't look promising to me. On this one, if you the angles the animated GIFs in my review show don't bother you, that's really the view for most of the Shed scene, so it shouldn't be an issue for you in this one. wink

As a wise torturer once said, "The parts that feel the most pleasure can also feel the most pain." Which means the most delightful writhing, as you know.

But there is one reason why you might want to tie a woman's legs together: if you have already put something into her cunt that you don't want to be removed. The torturers in Chile had some ideas on that front.

But otherwise -- yes, I agree.

MAV, Fritz, J.H. Lipton and Howie: Thanks for the comments and feedback on my review.
