This tape continues exactly from where the second tape ended, except that mastermind Dr. Cracker (Rick Masters) now has a pretty female assistant (the ever-present Lisa Kinkaid, who appears in all five of ZFX's latest tapes). Meanwhile, Dr. Nugent (Brian Dunhill) continues his torture on his patients from part two, Pamela Price and Chandra Sweet. After a rundown of the first two tapes to apprise new viewers of the story, the third chapter begins with Rick and Lisa welcoming a new patient to the office, pert redhead Bridgette Bayonne. After a humorous Q & A session in which Masters goes a little beyond doctor's ettiquette by asking Bridgette some openly sexual questions, he makes her pull up her top so that he can "test reactions" by fondling her breasts.

After having her remove her clothes so he can grope her body ("This hurt? How about this?"), Masters leaves and lets Nurse Lisa alone with the patient. She straps Bridgette to the exam table, puts an oversized ball gag in her mouth, clamping forceps on her pussy, and proceeds to lick and sexually use her. How you feel about lesbian bondage will determine how exciting this segment is. Myself, I thought it was dull and overly padded, plus not especially convincing, since relative newcomer Bridgette still comes across as annoyed, rather than frightened over her predicament. As for Lisa, well, let's just say her best work has always been as the victim, rather than as the villain.

This action is intercut with scenes of Dunhill terrorizing sisters Pamela and Chandra. He decides he wants to see them perform oral sex on each other, and he punctuates his orders by shocking the girls several times with an electric cattle prod. As always, Brian is excellent; funny and stern, plus the appearance of ZFX veteran Chandra Sweet usually means good things (Her electric torture scene was the best thing about Part 2). But this time, both performers are wasted on lackluster material (Forced lesbianism? Wow, that's really harsh...), plus the actual bondage is very minimal (the two girls are handcuffed together, that's all). Again, your own opinion of girl-girl material will determine your enjoyment of most of this tape.

The tape seems to improve, we think, as Lisa then binds Bridgette face down, ass out, to the table and gags her with a taped-on penis gag. She shows her the enema bag, then goes off to fill it up. The anticipation builds as she inserts the wide dildo-like plug into her anus (in a long, overly drawn-out scene) and finally tapes it in. But the simulated action that follows is not-at-all convincing, especially since the only liquid we see is a little drool escaping from Bridgette's gag. (Another debit: Her hands are tied in front, and she is often seen adjusting her own gag during the action. A major no-no, as a gag should not be removable by the bound victim.)

Finally, the only good scene of the tape comes at the end when Masters returns to the doctor's office, gags Bridget with a tight over-the-mouth cloth gag, ties her hands over her head to the table, and lets her have it with the whip. For the first time, Bridgette's screams sound believable, plus Masters knows how to be cruel, and does so with great relish. The camera work is not as good, since no one runs camera when Masters is onscreen, but he mixes in a few choice close-ups to accentuate the action. My question is, where was all this exciting stuff for the first 80 minutes?
