I saw the Perilage DVD recently. I think its the stepbrother, not a real brother (technically not incest) which I think is a very young Rick Masters and the victim is Heather Lee. The little sister finds his bondage stash and starts to rub one out to it imagining her brother doing all sorts of nasty shit to her. The brother catches her and her friend eventually, a brunette with big tits from some of the earlier ZFX movies, Sierra Stuart. She takes a hard tit whipping and ends up tied to a table bottom.
Not as explicit as say South of the Border 7, but was pretty good, a lot of hard spanking and fondling. There was no extras on the DVD except a nice long trailer which are always great. The picture quality of the DVD was excellent.
