The story begins with ZFX newcomer Brandi Dukes playing a construction supervisor who checks in on one of her lazy second-shift workers (played by Jesse Keddings) and finds him first sleeping, then masturbating to a bondage magazine! She angrily fires him on the spot, but he's not having any of that treatment, not from a little bitch like her. He reaches into his duffel bag and pulls out his handcuffs (construction workers who bring bondage mags to work always keep handcuffs with them too, dontcha know) and quickly snaps them on the girl. He removes the bandana from around his neck and gags her with it, then helps himself to her full tits and pert body. He ends up removing her cutoff shorts and subduing her in a hogtie all while berating her with "Who you gonna fire NOW, baby?"

The next scene has Brandi tied standing with her arms raised high, cuffed to an overhead sewer pipe. Keddings ballgags her and puts vise clamps on her nipples and pussy (Obviously, construction workers who carry bondage mags and handcuffs also carry ballgags and clamps with them, too. DUH!) He ties one of her legs off the ground and winds a rope around her neck, pulling on it until she passes out.

At this point, the movie really takes off. Keddings has Brandi tied to the overhead pipe, suspended by her wrists and ankles, and he proceeds to whip her violently with a rubber hose. Another construction worker, played by Travis Lee, stumbles upon the scene, and sees this innocent girl being tortured by Keddings. Does he try to intervene? No. Does he try to rescue her? No. Instead he decides to take his OWN shot at her! Keddings hands off the hose to Lee, who proceeds to wail away at her on his own. Tag-team torture! I love it!

Both men then put Brandi on the floor. With her hands tied in front of her, Travis forces her to suck his dick while Keddings rams away inside her ass. It's a great (simulated) rape scene, punctuated by Lee cumming on her face and Keddings on her ass.

Both men are spent, but there's always time to have a little more fun with their bound plaything. They wrap Brandi up with an electric cord, taping the hot end inside her mouth as a gag. Her hands are bound in front, feet taped together. A flip of the switch from the power bar sends her writhing on the floor, and Brandi loudly and convincingly cries out in pain like this really hurts her badly. I almost felt sorry for her. Almost :) She endures several jolts of electric shock before finally passing out. "Served the bitch right for firing your ass," Travis observes.

Afterward, the two men tie Brandi to the sewer pipe with her arms overhead, leaving her gagged with the bandana. But she manages to free herself and take revenge. She sneaks up behind Travis and beats him over the head with a shovel, pummeling him several times until he dies in a bloody heap (Lee is rapidly becoming ZFX's version of "South Park's" Kenny, having also died in his previous role by having his pecker sliced off in Phallicide). Then she subdues Keddings with a rope around the neck and stabs away at him with a screwdriver until he's unconscious, finally escaping her construction hellhole.

Now the movie shifts to the county hospital, where Keddings is a patient strapped to a hospital bed, looked over by a third-shift night nurse, played by Lisa Kinkaid. Keddings is all knocked-out with painkillers, but nonetheless sports a constant erection under his sheet! She removes his restraints so she can do physical therapy on him, then she sits down and dozes off. Upon awakening, she attempts to give him his shot, but he suddenly comes to life and grabs her, wrestling the needle away from her and sticking it into her boob, until she is passed out.

With Lisa unconscious, the sex-warped patient goes to work on her, cutting off her clothing and restraining her to the bed, taking plenty of time to fondle her along the way. He takes a rolled-up sponge and uses that to gag her, tying it into her mouth with her own pantyhose, and using the rest of the pantyhose to spread apart her knees. He tightens a clamp around her pussy lips (Lisa has a shaved pussy in this one, for those who are interested) and ties a rope from the clamp up above her. At this point, Lisa wakes up but can only moan helplessly as he gives her oral sex. Then he switches on a vacuum machine with twin suction devices for her breasts (Somebody please tell me what such an instrument is doing in a hospital room. Oh, never mind). He gives Nurse Lisa some breast suction, then sits back and jerks off while she suffers.

The final scene has Lisa tied on her knees, with arms bound in front of her and her ass extended out for him. He ties her ankles together and uses a red ball gag (this hospital has EVERYTHING) to silence her mouth. After some spanking, he lubes up her ass and inserts a long enema tube deep up inside her, taping it in securely with medical tape. With a chuckle, he escapes and lets the enema do its thing to Lisa, while she writhes in obvious discomfort. It's an entertaining finale and a well pulled-off illusion, because you can often see some water squirting out her ass during the enema scene. Meanwhile, the door to the room remains closed, and people walk by, oblivious to the sufferings going on inside.

This is another fine effort from ZFX, although Lisa's scenes pale compared to the excellent first half. One big complaint: Lisa is one of ZFX's most beautiful actresses, but not in this show. For some reason, director Masters has her wear her hair in ridiculous pigtails, and worse yet, she wears glasses throughout all her scenes, which makes no sense at all unless this was a custom shoot for people who have an eyeglasses fetish. What are the glasses for, so she can see better while being tortured? This aside, this one adds the extra element of nasty, threatening dialogue that is sometimes missing from recent ZFX releases. Jesse Keddings is a wonderful villain, a necessary ingredient in a good bondage movie. Brandi Dukes is a real find, gorgeous, busty and extremely sexy. After a slow start, she wails her pretty head off, giving her scenes an extra punch. I hope Rick uses her again, because she was the best part of this movie for me.
