Wondergirl Desi vs. Vexor by SHG-Media
This video was definitely the best superhero interrogation video I've ever seen, and one of my top 3 clips of all time. However, I saw this only because of the actress, her appearance and her incredible job in playing the part. The video quality is very good, but unfortunately most of the set and props were done with very little consideration.
So here's Jackie Stone:
What can I say? She is simply a stunning actress. We normally don't see Jackie this scarcely dressed, nor any of the other actresses in SHG flicks, but in this custom we definitely get a good look at her. I must say thanks to MAV for having this custom done! I'm not sure how he decided to go with this model given that I couldn't find any previous videos that gave an indication that her body looked this good. As an added bonus, her acting is fantastic when it comes to pain and torture, but I'll get more into that later.
The flick starts off with Wonder Girl roaming around looking for something. I'm not sure why a serious producer would put a set like this together, but luckily this is not what most people are interested in. The set is slapped together with silver boards and garbage bags. I wouldn't think it is hard to find a basement, warehouse, or something to film in. But anyway, the props throughout the movie are quite lacking. Sorry to start on a negative note.
Wonder Girl wanders around a bit unconvincingly, and I'm not sure but it looks like she is purposely sticking her ass out and this makes her look a bit awkward. She is still very pleasant to look at though! Also, this is the only complaint I have about her performance.
Eventually, someone sneaks up on her and grabs her from behind. She then succumbs to a reverse bear hug, takes a couple of back punches with arms held over head, and finally a couple of kicks to the stomach when on the ground. In my opinion, worthwhile if you care about the capturing but not really done convincingly or with enough visual appeal.
The intro is pretty weak. But it’s only a couple of minutes and from here on in, things get significantly better. So please take these first few points with a grain of salt.
Wonder Girl awakens tied to a folding chair. This wouldn't be my preference since it looks pretty flimsy and weak, not to mention the ropes are very poorly tied.
Wonder Girl looks at her captor defiantly, and has great reactions as she is punched in the belly. She already starts to accumulate sweat. She is even punched in the face and briefly choked. The point of all this is that the captor wants to know where Wonder Girl is (he obviously doesn't know it’s her at this point). And for you electro-lovers, you'll notice she already has some electrodes between her legs.
It doesn't take long for the captor to take out an electro torture device while Wonder Girl sits there panting a bit and looking slightly worn down from her beating. She looks nervous and surprised when he shows her the alligator clips and begins touching them together and making sparks in front of her face.
He finally clamps them onto the metal slats attached to her legs, and we get Wonder Girl bucking and heaving and arching her back as she is shocked. The performance is wonderful. She continues this for about 5 shocks, panting and gasping for air after each time, and accumulating more and more sweat. She does a perfect job of selling her torture and exhaustion.
Just when things couldn't get any better, her costume suddenly changes in a poof of light to a skimpy bikini. She is also suddenly barefoot as her shoes disappeared too (a bonus to me). We now see her sweaty body in all (or most) of its glory as the torture continues for several more shocks.
We get the wonderful pleasure of watching her back arch, and body shake with many close-ups, pans and angles, over and over again. From what I understand, her reactions were purposely mimicking both Peta Wilson in Nikita, and Heather Thomas in Cyclone, both in electro-torture scenes. If you have seen these clips, you will agree that the Wonder Girl does a great job doing a combination of these other two mainstream performances. I can only describe it as a work of art.
Finally, in another poof, the bikini disappears, and Wonder Girl reveals herself in a Wonder Woman style bikini. Unfortunately, she is now able to break free of her ropes and delivers a quick beating to her captor. But lucky for us, he does have some Kryptonite up his sleeve. So he is able to quickly subdue Wonder Girl, and this time, he ties her nicely stretched, arms over her head (as shown in the first picture). We do get to watch her writhe on the ground a bit first though, then get lifted in ‘full nelson’ style and taken away. We are now about 10 minutes into the film.
Now that she is tied AOH, we get more amazing footage of her spectacular body, sweating and glistening as it is stretched out. He continues to taunt her then begins punching her belly and face repeatedly. The convincing performance continues on Wonder Girl’s part.
The kryptonite is then place nearby on the floor as the beating switches over to a baseball bat. Wonder Girl’s performance again makes this worthwhile. Especially with the various ways in which she takes the blows, writhes in pain, and fights for breath afterwards. She takes quite an extensive beating with the bat until around the 19 minute mark. This includes swings to the belly, jabs to the lower belly and pelvis. She even gets a few whips with a rope to her front and her back (all with very great bouncing and wincing reactions).
She hangs limply and worn down when the captor now begins applying the kryptonite to her body creating an electro-torture-like effect. Her writhing, shaking and suffering, as well as the panting and exhausted appearance with her eyes rolled back make this a great addition. But the scene was very effortlessly put together. There are no effects other than her acting, and it seems like an afterthought that the kryptonite would have this effect on her. He “shocks” her several times in the belly, side, and leg, until finally she reverts back to her bikini in a poof of light. I'm still not sure of the explanation for this. Finally, she is passed out from the torture.
Now, the film ends. It’s a bit abrupt, but at this point, I don't think anyone will care. The 20 minute feature was a treat regardless of its flaws. And if that wasn't enough, we now get about 5 minutes of bonus features!
We see an alternate electro scene, almost the same as the original, but she starts in the bikini instead of her original outfit and takes a few belly punches with a more exposed body. This is completely worth watching a second time.
Finally, we get a few humorous outtakes. Always a nice bonus :)
Now given that this is a lengthy film with MANY different elements to it, I'm not sure I have properly covered everything. But I think the most important thing to take away from this review is that although most of it was done on a budget or with little effort, it is still an AMAZING film. This is completely attributed to the actress, Jackie Stone. She is very cute and has an amazing athletic body. The way she moves it in reaction to her torture MUST be seen. The result is virtually limitless variety of views and poses of her sweating, toned body. As an added bonus I've included some additional captures to show this a little better.
To say a little more about Jackie, her facial expressions and ability to sell the torture and exhaustion afterwards was one of the best I have seen, matching the quality of a mainstream actress. She does well with her defiance as well as her panting, suffering, and rolling her eyes back throughout the torture. And although I've criticized the production, what makes Jackie even better is a fantastic worn out sweaty look, with lighting to accent it perfectly.
I rate this film an A+, it is one you don't want to miss.
