The clip has about a minute of previews and ends with about a minute of credits, so of the 7-minute run time, you get about 5 minutes of actual action. At $7 for 5 minutes, you can do the math. That said, Cruel World does a good job packing a lot of action into those 5 minutes, so I'm calling this a good value for the dollar (or whatever currency you use).

The scene opens with a brief explanation that "to be a bus driver needs to learn. To be an executioner also needs to learn." In this second case, the lessons are recorded so that the executioner can study his weaknesses and improve on his craft. The presumption is that this video is that recording.

The victim – blonde and young and naked – hangs from black leather cuffs wrapped around her hands, her feet high above the floor. Her body sways as she kicks and fights against the bonds. She cries out and pleas for help (in Russian) but there is no help coming. And so she hangs and sways and cries.

At about the 3-minute mark, The Thug enters the spartan dungeon and the victim's eyes fill with terror at his approach. Dressed in black pants and a black shirt, he holds a taser in his thick hands, his intent obvious. She screams and kicks with renewed vigor, fearful of the instrument's approach, but she is helplessly bound and can only watch as he raises the device. He laughs, showing the taser to her, pressing the activation button and causing hot electricity to crackle from the silver prongs. Her eyes grow wide with fright and she cries, knowing the pain that is to come. Her legs kick as she tries to escape the approaching horror and he presses the button again, drawing another terror-filled cry from the girl. She screams as he lifts the device against her soft skin.

  Electricity pops and her body jumps from the impact. Her anguished cry echoes off the walls of the dungeon as her body hangs from the rafters.

She cries, pleads, begs for mercy as he again lifts the device towards her, pressing the silver tongs against her bare hip. Another crack of electricity, another scream. Her legs spasm and kick frantically towards the ground, trying to find the floor. She cries with terror as her body twitches and sways in the open air. He laughs and lifts the device again.

Another surge courses through her body. She twitches and kicks and screams. The Thug smiles, judging his handiwork on the poor girl's unblemished skin.

In the end, or very close to it, she faints from exhaustion, and we're treated to pan-and-close shots of her hanging limply from the bonds around her hands.

What's not to like about this clip? It hits all the right buttons. A beautiful young woman, nude, without any visible piercings or tattoos, strung up in a bare room, with natural breasts and just a hint of fuzz across her mound. She's electro-tortured by a heavily-muscled thug who takes pride in a job well done. She emotes well, screaming and kicking realistically as she hangs and sways in the air. We're treated to extended distance shots of her hanging, showing both her hands and her feet so we know it's authentic, with fade cut-shots of close-ups that show her breasts and face as she twists and screams. We never actually see the taser press against her skin, but it's faked so well that it is easy to imagine that he really is shocking her with the hand-held device. At no point did it appear that she was simply standing on something for the close-ups, which leads me to believe that the actress really did suffer during the shoot. That instantly is a turn-on for me, because it gives credence to the fantasy that's being played out on the screen. Everything being shown is real … up to a point. And that's fantastic.
