History of Pain: Spy Interrogation Review

Two spies are captured and interrogated. The ever-present and excellent veteran Gigi, and the male-esque, tough-bitch, obvious-from-a-1000-yards-away-butch dyke: Ivette Bata; complete with short hair, tattoos & piercings. Literarily, my aged grandmother in a two-piece thong could not have been a bigger bonershrinker!

This film comprised a myriad of different torture techniques used by various governments to induce a spy to confess. It starts off with some "softer" torments and then progresses towards harsher ones.

Max Lomp, plays the chief interrogator, Mandy Tortega and Julsci play his assistants.

Various psychological and lighter-physical techniques were used initially to break down their resolve. Thus, enabling the interrogators to soften them up before the "main course."

Sleep Deprivation: tied standing up, to weaken her and to help break her resolve.

Water Torture: Doesn’t leave marks.

Exposure to Hot and Cold: Ivette is tied outside, clad only in underwear, humiliated and exposed to the freezing cold.

Gigi, after being stripped naked is doused with ice-cold water.

Electricity: electrodes are strapped to Gigi’s pussy and she is soon flailing and moaning in pain as the current is jacked up.

All of these techniques may not have broken either spy, but they did serve their purpose. And then when they failed to break either of the ladies, the hardcore tortures ensued!

Perhaps some of the previous punishments were faked or exaggerated, maybe Gigi was really crying pain from the voltage or perhaps she was subject to a low-dosage and pretended to howl and flail in agony. Regardless, here we see Gigi suffer a punishment that is never faked at ElitePain: Whipping!

They waste no time and the whip soon begins its dance from shoulder to thigh.

Eventually, her stubbornness gets the better of her interrogator, Lomp angrily tells Tortega to move aside and he takes over flogging her.

Observing her over the course of her many appearances in Ep/Mood films, Gigi has an interesting habit. When the punishments get really severe and her pain tolerance is greatly challenged, she tucks her head into her right shoulder.

The scene stupidly ends without her having said anything about confessing. I mean, considering that the whole point here was to force the spy to confess, it would make sense that the scene should only end when she begged to confess.

Meanwhile, our other spy, in all her glory, also could not be broken, no matter what they did to her. But the dastardly interrogators would not give up; they had one last trick up their sleeve. They bring in her little sister! (Played by sweet-looking, little-cutie Nancy).

The invincible agent is dragged in with a black hood over her head. She, of course, could not even begin to anticipate what they had in store for her.

She spouts defiance initially, but her tone soon changes from bitchiness to shocked recognition and then horror as the hood was removed and she recognized her little sister.

No matter how tough she was, they had found her kryptonite.

Her resolve soon crumbled and before long, she was begging to confess.

Just to teach her a lesson, they continued tormenting her sister.

The film did a great job of chronologically setting up the various tortures. First, psychological, then physical and finally physical and psychological. Normally I would complain about the presence of the bit gag in Nancy’s mouth, but in this case, it worked perfectly. The scene was very dramatic, Nancy facing her "sister" who was forced to her knees and made to watch, both were helpless, they could not avoid each other’s torment. The spy repeatedly begged for mercy for her sister and was denied. Nancy couldn’t even do that much, her gag made her helpless, all she could do was scream and plead with her eyes. So far, none of the action had been incredibly exciting, but this scene makes the film worth your time and money.

Chronologically speaking, the way the scenes were set up overall as a whole was also problematic. The film goes from torture scene to torture scene and then to BTS with "The Making of," and then to one last torture scene. So, in other words, it took us from scene to scene via the plotline, then out of the actual script being presented, and then back into the film for the final scene. There’s a reason why BTS is always included at the end of a film after the action is over. This totally ruins the ending whipping of the film because it destroys the ability for one to psychologically immerse themself into the action. Granted, the whipping of Nancy did continue uninterrupted afterward in the next scene, but still "COME ON!"

A solid punishment film, one that largely accomplishes its mission. But still, there is very little here to really get your pulse racing.
