The basic plot of EC11 involves a wife Karen seeking assistance from the Elite Club because she suspects her husband has been seduced by Sylvia to have a love affair. The Elite Club agrees to help Karen get her husband back and extract revenge on Sylvia, provided Karen herself first withstands a series of painful trials.

Karen and Sylvia could not be more different in appearance. Blonde Karen has a nice face but a rather doughy, Rubenesque figure.
