August Underground's Mordum was like watching a car crash. One guy bashes another guy's head in with a hammer. (Action is blocked by the attacker's body, but result is shown.) Corpses are strewn all over the place. The rape scene: A woman is pulled out of a coffin. She is naked except for a white plastic mask that is taped over her face. The same guy as before rapes her as his female friend cheers him one. They open another coffin where a man in similar bondage is being kept. They threaten to torture the woman to death unless he cuts off his own penis, which he does with scissors requiring numerous snips. The girl kisses the severed penis and sticks in the raped woman's vagina.
In the next scene that might be of interest to anyone here, the same girl is puking on two bound girls, kissing the girls, forcing them to kiss each other, licking off the puke, forcing them to lick puke off of each other and forcing them to puke on each other, all while some guys watch, laugh and masturbate. One of the girls is then eviscerated. After she is dead, one of the guys uses the wound for a makeshift vagina. The other victim has a plastic bag put over her head and is killed by a blow to the face. The bag is then removed.
In the next scene of any interest, a bound and gagged girl is terrorized for a bit and then has her throat cut.
In the last scene of any interest, the guy who had sex with the dead girl's belly wound is having sex with a female corpse in a bathtub where he presumably killed her. In the living room, a naked woman is hanging upside down. Eventually, her throat is cut. There is a bound male victim present presumably for reaction shots.
The movie is shot to look like the people in it are documenting their own escapades. There is a ton of screaming and shouting at each other. Every sentence seems to contain the word f*ckin' and is shouted three times or more. It might be necessary due to deafness as a result of all the shouting. ...tons of anger, maniacal laughter and sick imagery.
I really don't know what grade to give it. It would rank high from a realism standpoint, but very low when it comes to the thought of ever wanting to watch it again; it was seriously gross and I hated all the shouting and fighting.
