There's a mainstream movie that I don't think too many people know about (but could be wrong), that has a pretty original rape/torture scene (at least I think so) called Blackout.
A quickie photo review of just the GIMP part of the movie Blackout (the one that stars Amber Tamblyn since there's are quite a few with the same title).
Blackout is about three people who get stuck in an abandoned (because of holiday) building's elevator. Each has a very compelling reason to have to get out ASAP....including one who's a doctor who also happens to be a serial killer.
The GIMPAGE begins with the killer picking up a girl at a night club.
He takes her home and injects her in the back of the neck with something that paralyzes her.
He then strips her and carves perfect circles into her breasts with a scalpel.
The torture and rape take place simultaneously as he wets himself down, then rubs salt all over his body. He then rapes her as his salt laden body rubs all over his helpless victim.
The rape/torture is shown in snippets, so could have been better, and not all that long. But still, for originality I think I'd still have to give it a B (and not a bad movie overall IMHO).
