A frequently discussed online topic has been the strange career path of Japanese adult video superstar Maria Ozawa.

Gorgeous Maria, who looks too pretty to be in porn, has shocked her fanboys in recent years with smut films about golden showers, a DP, bukkakes and sex with she-males. And now there is Tentacle Rape Swallowed Woman, where Maria is repeatedly violated by an alien. As Max Diesel of JAV City said, "Oh Maria, Maria, you started out with so much potential. How did you ever end up here?"

This is not your daddy's old stag film.

To give this movie its due, it should be said the special effects are better than one might expect. This ain't exactly a George Lucas production but the rubber-looking tentacles and alien creature are credible enough to support the fantasy. Anyone who likes the Giga flicks or Rick Masters' weirder stuff should be OK with the effects shown here.

Whether it works as porn is another matter. For my money, Tentacle Rape Swallowed Woman isn't particularly erotic. Despite Maria's beauty, most of the scenes depicting Maria's struggles and violations aren't arousing. It's possible there are too many tentacles in a number of the scenes and they prevent viewers from seeing some sexy writhing and struggling. To make matters worse, the lighting and makeup at times seem to highlight some acne blemishes on Maria's lovely face. I think this film is really only for fans of this particular niche.

The movie starts with a beautiful nurse, Maria, inspecting a hospital area late at night. Maria, looking super cute in her white uniform and cap, uses a flashlight to check out some of the darkened rooms. She hears a funny burbling noise and before she knows it, strange tentacles are wrapping themselves around her arms, legs and waist. The tentacles take squealing Maria to a metal hospital bed with no mattresses on it and pin Maria on the bed. What looks like about 10 tentacles work Maria over -- the tentacles keep her tied to the bed and feel up her body and legs. The tentacles also shake the bed around the darkened hospital room, as frightened Maria squirms and squeals.

The nurse's cap gets knocked off in the commotion and soon the tentacles focus on other articles of clothing. The tentacles open the top part of Maria's uniform to expose her white bra and a tentacle with a "penis" ending arrives and shoots jizz on Maria's uniform and bra, causing parts of her clothing to sizzle and melt away. The tentacles rip off part of Maria's pantyhose and pull off her white panties as Maria continues to be restrained. A burned opening in Maria's bra exposes her right tit.

The slimy looking "penis" tentacle moves up to Maria's face. As one tentacle is tightly wrapped around Maria's neck, two other tentacles pry Maria's mouth open and the "penis" tentacle moves into her mouth, forcing Maria to suck it. I'm no expert on forced alien blowjobs but this scene looked good to me. The "penis" tentacle finishes by blasting a huge load of extraterrestrial cum on Maria's mouth and chin. It then moves lower down to fuck Maria as numerous tentacles continue to pin Maria to the bed. Maria shakes and rattles as the "penis" tentacle drills her, and the "penis" tentacle finishes by cumming in her pussy.

In a new scene, Maria -- still wearing the remains of her nurse's uniform -- is lying on the floor, covered in some tentacles. The tentacles drag Maria head first along the floor and towards their owner, a giant snake-like alien with scaly skin and fur, and a huge mouth with big lips (its face, if I can call it that, reminded me of Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors). As defiant Maria kicks and struggles, the tentacles drag her closer to the creature's big mouth. A giant tongue comes out of the mouth and wraps itself around Maria's mid-section, to help pull Maria in. The tentacles place Maria in front of the creature's mouth, and then -- in a bizarre interruption (and that's saying something) -- the "penis" tentacle shows up and forces Maria to give another blowjob, followed by a fucking. The "penis" tentacle finishes by shooting another big load in and on Maria's pussy.

The tentacles pull Maria into the alien's mouth, as Maria writhes and struggles to avoid this horrible fate. Sexy Maria looks wonderful here, putting up a convincing fight as she struggles and helplessly pushes her hands against the top of the alien's mouth to try to pry herself free. And with the bottom part of her uniform now pulled up to her waist, there's a great shot of Maria's perfect derriere as Maria twists about. It's a losing battle, though, as the alien swallows Maria into its interior.

Inside the creature, various slimy tentacles go to work removing the remainders of Maria's clothes and feeling up her slender body. This is followed by a funny moment when the alien is sleeping -- it opens its mouth for a big yawn and naked Maria uses the opportunity to escape. She gets out of the creature but not too far away as various tentacles catch her. After some struggling and some silliness (the details don't matter), the tentacles pin nude Maria on her back and the giant alien tongue licks Maria's pussy.

The tentacles pull Maria back into the creature's mouth, and once again Maria puts up a great (and sexy) fight. She is swallowed again, though, and inside the alien is forced to once again blow the "penis" tentacle, while another penis-like creature and other tentacles play with her pussy. After shooting a big load on Maria's face, the "penis" tentacle then anally violates Maria, who is lying on her back and being felt up by other tentacles. A pussy violation follows and Maria now looks to be enjoying her situation.

In a new scene, the creature is sleeping, and crafty Maria sneaks out of its mouth for another escape attempt. Maria quietly crawls away on all fours and almost gets away, when the alien wakes up with a loud roar. The alien traps Maria in a corner of the hospital room and the naked beauty fights back by swinging a broken mop handle at the tentacles and the creature's big tongue. For a brief moment, it looks like Maria has successfully bought back, and the nude beauty stands triumphant in front of the alien. But a tentacle wraps around Maria's ankle, trips Maria to the ground and soon Maria is back inside the creature.

More tentacle sucking and fucking follows in the film's final 20 minutes but it is all -- remarkably -- consensual and not worth describing.

My grade: C

Any movie featuring beautiful Maria Ozawa in some GIMP situations is going to get a passing grade. But the truly noteworthy moments in this film are few and far between. The typical GIMPer shouldn't go out of his way to see Tentacle Rape Swallowed Woman.
