In The Rapeman 2, The Rapeman takes on evil in a hospital. So if one of your fantasies involves girls in nurse uniforms and rape, this might flick your BIC.

First Rape: The movie begins with a girl screaming and running down a drainage ditch with The Rapeman in close pursuit. He catches her and quickly handcuffs her to a pipe. Then he brings out his trusty switchblade and whips it around in a cool fashion to extend the blade. He deftly cuts off her panties and now she is naked, squatting down against a low concrete wall. The Rapeman hauls her up by the hips until she is standing, bent over at the waist, and rapes her from behind (which is apparently his preferred position). Nice long shots of her naked body bouncing forward and back as she is being fucked. Good pained victim sounds. Some slo-mo, but it makes it easier to admire her bare breasts. Hands grasping the pipe and flexing. All the standard rape responses cataloged effectively. She collapses and The Rapeman looks at the camera and says "When the law is powerless, I will punish the guilty." Cut to titles.

The Rapeman is commissioned to rape a woman who stood up a guy on their wedding day. She started spending lavishly and he suspects she had a "sugar daddy," and now he and his father are ashamed and his mother committed suicide over the shame. The Japanese need to lighten up. The woman in question is a nurse, and we find her reading her bankbook with pleasure, noting she has $30,000 and thinking maybe she should put a down payment on a yacht. She is lured to an empty hospital room where The Rapeman is waiting for her.

Second Rape: The Rapeman chases her around the room and back and forth across the bed a few times before he finally grabs her and tears open the front of her uniform. She is wearing teeny weeny white panties and a small white bra. He handcuffs her to the bed so that she is on her knees kneeling on the floor bent over it. He lifts up her uniform to reveal her butt and tears off her panties. He lifts her to her feet--still bent over--and rapes her from behind. She grunts and cries out with each thrust. He pounds away at her, reaches around and rips away her bra, and continues fucking her as she cries out and looks like she's in pain. Her rape goes on for quite a while, until she finally collapses forward onto the bed, spent and exhausted.

Plot in a Nutshell: The next day, Keisuke (The Rapeman's everyday identity) runs into the reporter from the first movie, who is pursuing a story about the Hong Kong mafia. A lot of plot development, during which the reporter discovers a female doctor in the hospital is dealing with the Hong Kong mafia, trafficking in human organs harvested from healthy patients. And they murder a cute little 6-year old girl that Keisuke and his partner knew to harvest their latest batch. The parents and Keisuke's partner contact a lady attorney to help them look into the little girl's death. Meanwhile, the intrepid reporter continues investigating and uncovers the whole sordid plot, but she gets caught. And the lady attorney is in on it as well.

Third Rape: The Rapeman attacks the female doctor in the elevator. He holds her at knife point and handcuffs her to the cage. (It is one of those old-fashioned cage elevators.) The camera shows us she is barefoot as she tries to escape from The Rapeman. He rips open her white hospital dress. He strips the dress off of her and leaves her wearing only her panties. She is making great scared victim noises the entire time. She is facing the cage wall, with her back to The Rapeman. He cuts off her panties, then puts his knife away. He questions her but she won't answer. So he starts raping her (from the back, of course). He thrusts into her repeatedly, slamming her up against the wall and bouncing her back and forth. We get a tour of her body the whole time. She has nice breasts. Her rape goes on for several minutes.

The reporter is in the operating room, hands tied over her head on an operating table. They are about to harvest her organs. They roll up her shirt to expose her... bra. Damn. She wakes up and screams. The scalpel descends and reaches her tender belly when suddenly Keisuke barges in and floors both doctors and rescues her. She goes to call the police.

Fourth Rape: The Rapeman needs to act before the police arrive. When the lady attorney comes to the operating room to check on whether they have finished carving up the reporter, The Rapeman is waiting. He wrestles her to the operating table and bends her over it. He tears off her blouse but she is wearing a black camisole. He sits her on the operating table and he handcuffs one of her wrists to the overhead swivel light. He moves the knife toward her throat, but then reverses it and slices down the center of her camisole, revealing her naked breasts. He points the knife at her knee, then runs it up her thigh and slips under one side of her panties and then slowly pulls outward as her panties stretch and then tear through. He puts the knife away. He grabs one leg and jerks her body sideways, then thrusts into her. Her head bounces back and she grunts and whimpers. He does her in slow, measured, brutal thrusts. She does not scream enough. We also do not see enough of her naked body because the camera is always filming up from the floor. But it is still a righteous rape scene.
