We start the video by looking at a girl and a guy. The guy is fully clothed, with some piercings on his ears. The girl is, of course, fully naked (safe for a collar on her neck). I personally found her reasonably attractive. Her lips are the highlight on her face and her short hair really compliments her shape as a whole. Her breasts are appropriately sized, nothing gigantic but far from nonexistent. She's down on her knees with both hands tightly bound behind her back and her ankles, I presume, are similarly bound due to lack of movements from her leg. Right in front of her is a wooden board which will be used for the main show later.

At the beginning, the guy is fondling the girl from behind. The girl visibly enjoys it, but that enjoyment vanishes the moment the guy moves to her front and starts grabbing & pressing her breasts roughly, presumably to cop a feel of his would be targets.

The girl doesn't have to wait long before the first torture instrument shows up: a very long needle. The guy shows it in front of the girl's eyes, making her tremble in fear. With a sadistic grin, the guy pinches the girl's right breast, right above her nipple, and inserts the needle by piercing it across the said area. A long scream from the girl accompanies the whole procedure, and we get a replay from different angle.

The guy admires his artwork, even letting the girl have a clear look of what is dangling from her gland, while of course poking the needle on the entry point several times to add more pain for his victim.

Having a long needle on each gland does not mean the girl can take a break. The guy tortures her even more by moving the needle via their handle, either by shaking them or making them roll inside those lovely funbags. And I suppose if you've been reading this review, I don't need to tell you how the girl reacts to the newly escalated pain, ya?

Since it's about time the titular nail enters the scene, the guy pushes the girl to the wooden board and positions her so her breasts lie on top of it. He's about to take a new tool when he notices the needle on the girl's left breasts is protruding to a direction he doesn't like, a mistake he soon corrects much to the girl's dismay because that means another long wail from her mouth.

A hammer is brought to the girl's attention, and the guy is even kind enough to show what it is capable of doing by driving a nail to the wooden board, not far from where the girl's left breast lies. There's a moment where the girl really pays attention to that nail, and you can tell from her eyes she knows she's in for some seriously fucked up shit.

The long awaited nail is finally introduced to the poor girl, and it doesn't take long for them to become one the moment the guy nails the right side of her right breast to the wooden board. While it does not provoke a reaction as long as the needles did, in my opinion, it does shock her a lot a more. This is something the guy realizes, so he let her gaze in surprise to her now nailed right breast momentarily. The guy taunts the girl once before driving another nail to the left side of her right breast, this time causing the girl to scream longer than the one she did previously.

Before the guy worked on her left breast, he taped the point of the left needle to her right breast so as not to keep it getting in his way. Two nails were soon inserted on each side of her left breast and in under 2 minutes both her breasts are now one with the wooden board.

Looking satisfied with his work, the guy removes the tape from the girl and starts admiring his hard earned craft. The next 3 minutes are spent with the camera lingering on the girl's current state and the guy further torturing her without tools, like shaking her breasts by pushing her neck back & forth, slapping her back many times so those tatas got rubbed hard against the wooden board, and playing with those long ass needles the way he likes it. But what strikes me the most is how he makes a small circle on the said area and then proceeds to remove a portion very slowly in a very graphic manner with the help of a pin. I kid you not, literally every second of the removal is shown in close-up. To top it all, after that piece of skin if peeled off the girl's right breast, the guy shows it to the girl, right in front of her eyes, before eating it.

You read that right, he ate it, dudes! He ate her skin! Goddamn! The only thing that would have topped it was if he made the girl eat it, but even this is already fucked up as it is. I swear those Japanese, lovable as they are, really know how to fuck things up on a grand scale.

I know for sure that wound on her breast is gonna leave some permanent mark, especially the one where the skin is now off.

With all the torture finally done, the guy removes the nails and needles from the girl's breasts and leaves her alone, trying to regain, I don't know, maybe her sanity.
