Japanese porn legend Riko Tachibana's talents are pretty much wasted in this uninspired 2004 flick about a super heroine trying to bust some horny sci-fi criminals.

As fans would know, Riko is a tall, slender beauty who was loved (she retired last year) for her super-charged carnality in a large number of movies, both vanilla and GIMP (such as Riko Tachibana Special). And Riko -- who was 19 when this film was shot -- certainly looks stunning here, dressed in a skin-tight, light-purple super heroine's costume with purple gloves and slutty-looking black boots. Unfortunately, the action in this movie is dull and Riko rarely gets a chance to shine.

The story is about Riko trying to bust some baddies who run a brain-washing operation. Following the obligatory Giga fight scenes (including one part where a villain holds Riko as another fiend throws some punches to her gut), Riko is knocked out and captured. When she awakens, she is a prisoner who will be subjected to the villains' brain-washing techniques.

The shot of captive Riko in a metal chair is our first sign of trouble. Although there is a steel band around her head and leather bands around her waist, wrists and ankles -- all connected to a series of electric cables -- it doesn't look like Riko is actually bound to the chair. Her arms are definitely free (she moves them all over the place) and it's not clear why she sits there as the villains subject her to a series of electro charges. In any event, the brain-washing jolts cause Riko to fantasize about being naked and masturbating herself in a scene that runs way too long.

One really big electro jolt knocks Riko out and blasts a number of holes in her costume, exposing her nipples (you don't actually see the charge blast holes in her costume -- the screen goes white). After Riko reawakens, she remains seated as a weird-looking villain with a messed-up face rips open a lower part of Riko's costume to expose her private area. A second villain wearing a gas mask and white helmet then inserts a penis-like tentacle into Riko's pussy and Riko is violated in this odd way. If Riko had been restrained in the chair, this scene may have worked, but as it is, it falls flat.

Things get a bit better in the next sequence. Riko, still wearing her sexy super heroine costume with the holes in it, is on her back on a table, with her wrists and ankles bound by chains tied to the table. It's not the most secure bondage ever seen but it's good enough as a mutant villain takes the opportunity to finger helpless Riko. Riko does some nice writhing and struggling as she is finger fucked. The mutant then rapes Riko missionary style (a curved opening at one end of the table helps) in a scene that is OK but nothing special.

The best part of the movie comes next. Riko is sitting in a dark jail cell, in her ripped uniform, while outside the jail cell are four tattered-looking freaks in ripped clothes and with dirty gauze bandages wrapped around parts of their heads. The four grunting freaks are reaching through the cell bars, anxious to molest Riko. Someone lets the freaks into the cell and they trap the seated Riko in a corner.

This is when we finally get to see the Riko Tachibana the world adores. The grunting freaks get Riko on her back on the floor, securely holding her arms and body, and go to work pawing her. Still wearing her torn costume, Riko's enhanced breasts are felt up, her pussy is licked, her fingers and slender waist are licked, and one guy licks Riko's face and forces kisses on her, as Riko squeals and struggles in vain to break free. Beautiful Riko's cries of anguish and shame are convincing. After ripping off more of her costume, the villains move Riko onto all fours and a villain fucks her doggy style while the others hold squealing Riko in place. Once again, Riko struggles in vain to get free, trying but failing to push the villains off her as she is violated. In this otherwise great scene's weakest moment, Riko is forced to squat in front of a freak and blow him until the guy cums in her mouth. The freaks then go back to molesting Riko on her back, with one guy sucking her left tit and another licking her pussy while the others run their dirty hands all over her.

A hero arrives who shoots the freaks dead and rescues Riko. And that's about it. Except....

This film also has 20 minutes of a less-happy alternate ending. Unfortunately, the alternate ending doesn't add much. In the alternate ending, Riko, who is in her torn costume, is brainwashed and therefore only partially restrained as she gets violated missionary-style on the table by a super-agent superior who has turned traitor. She is then violated by another guy. Finally, a completely unrestrained Riko kneels in front of a guy and blows him. Ho-hum.

My grade: C
