The fans of Japanese bondage director Randa Mai (aka Mr. Cool Shades) won't like hearing this, but sometimes even the great man can be a bit off his game. This is one of those times.

Technically, Attackers JBD-86 has everything Randa's fans would want: elaborate rope play, whippings, hot wax -- even the rape of a bound and attractive victim -- and the star of the movie, Rei Shinobu, is stunning. Her pretty face is just perfect, and she actually looks too glamorous to be in porn.

And that may be part of the film's problem. I don't know what negotiations took place to get someone as gorgeous as Rei Shinobu into a movie like this, but clearly some compromises were made. Rei is never allowed to get too mussed up -- there are no running-nose scenes in this movie. In fact, Rei looks as beautiful at the end of the movie as she did at the beginning, and you often can't escape the feeling that Rei and her attackers are posing for the camera. The net effect is that while Attackers JBD-86 has its moments, the movie is lacking a bit in edge and intensity.

Still, this is an Attackers bondage movie, and it has some splendid scenes. I suspect most GIMPers will find something here they like.

The story is about a woman cat thief, Rei, who has been taken captive by three villains. When we first see Rei, she is being held hostage in a warehouse, with her feet bound together by ropes, her hands tied arms over head, and with a red ball gag in her mouth. Rei is wearing a jet-black, full-body, skin-tight latex outfit, along with black boots and black gloves. She looks sexy in this outfit, although she is a bit too short and soft skinned to completely pull off this look (she's no Michelle Pfeiffer).

Through flashbacks, we learn that the three villains are thieves, and that Rei has in turn been stealing from the thieves. The thieves trick Rei into sneaking into the warehouse, where they capture her and tie her up in the standing position. One thief, Saeki Rantaro, is soon alone with Rei, and he enjoys himself by slowly running a big knife along Rei's clothed body, particularly around her tits and pussy. He then opens her cat suit to reveal her small tits, her waist and some of her pubic hairs. He also opens a zipper at the back of her outfit to briefly reveal her butt hole. Returning to the front, the villain feels up Rei's tits and licks her chest area while drool falls out of Rei's gagged mouth.

Next, we find Rei untied and squatted on a wooden pallet. She is still wearing the black latex outfit, although her gloves and boots have been removed and she is now barefoot. She is still captive, as a second villain, a bald guy named Takeru, is pointing a sword near her neck. The third villain, Randa Mai, uses ropes to tie Rei's arms behind her back. The villains force Rei to stand, and Randa then uses some elaborate rope work to tie Rei's chest, waist and feet to a pulley that has been lowered from the roof, effectively suspending Rei in the air in an arc position.

I liked this next part. Randa uses a switch to raise the pulley, hoisting the tightly bound victim some 15 to 20 feet in the air in the large warehouse. She is suspended in the air for a bit, spinning as the pulley twirls around and around, and then lowered back down to a level parallel with the men's heads. She is hoisted and lowered two more times, in a scene that I thought was unique and enjoyable.

Rei is next seen sitting on a floor in a smaller room, with Saeki and Takeru sitting beside her, and Takeru holding a large knife (or maybe it's a small sword) up to Rei's neck. As Takeru keeps the knife near Rei's throat, Saeki pulls on Rei's hair and then proceeds to strip off Rei's latex outfit. Sadly, it's not as sexy as it sounds -- this is one of those scenes that looks a little too posed. Anyway, Rei is stripped naked and Randa shows up to tie Rei's arms behind her nude body, with the ropes around her chests running above and below her tits.

Saeki holds Rei from behind while the other two villains pry her legs open, and Randa proceeds to torment her with a small vibrator, followed by a serious finger fucking and then a large vibrator. For my money, this is the best scene in the movie. Up to now, Rei has been bravely silent and a bit of a cold fish, but the vibrators are too much. Rei writhes and squeals and moans, repeatedly throwing her head back in reluctant ecstasy as the buzzing vibrators whirr away in her pussy. Randa clearly loves tormenting Rei this way -- a couple of times, when he has the large vibrator shoved well inside her, he turns the vibrator off to give her a brief respite, and then flips it on again to elicit a new chorus of squeals.

Eventually, the three men turn Rei over, so that she is on her knees with her face on the floor. Randa then puts the big vibrator back into her, and she moans and yelps all over again. Randa finishes with the vibrator and Rei is moved into a squatted position on her knees, with her hands still tied behind her back. The bald villain, Takeru, removes his clothes and Rei is forced to give him a blowjob. A number of villains' hands keep pushing on Rei's head during the blowjob, forcing some deep throat action that causes a couple of tears to roll down Rei's face.

Although I'm not normally a fan of forced-blowjob scenes (they tend to look fake), I will admit beautiful Rei looked pretty hot here, particularly when she has to deep throat Takeru. As the sucking continues, Randa kneels down behind Rei and reaches around her body, so that he can play with Rei's left tit and finger her pussy while she is blowing Takeru.

Rei is forced to finish with one last prolonged deep throat of Takeru's dick. When she is finally allowed to withdraw, there are more tears on her cheeks. Rei is gasping for air as Saeki runs his huge knife just below her trembling lower lip, while Randa continues to finger Rei.

With her arms still tied behind her back, Rei is made to lay down on some cushions on the floor. Takeru then moves in to screw her in the missionary position, while the other two guys watch from the sidelines, chuckling. Although her arms are bound, Rei's legs are free, and I wish she had kicked up a bit more of a fight. Nonetheless, once it gets started, Takeru gives Rei a pretty good drilling, and it ends with Takeru squirting on her tits.

The movie then cuts to a scene back in the warehouse. The still-naked Rei is bound in a standing position, with ropes running above and below her tits that tie her arms behind her back, and she is tied to the pulley. The three villains circle around Rei like vultures, and then Randa moves in to once again play with Rei's tits and pussy. The three villains then light up some candles and start dropping hot wax all over Rei's naked body, starting with her back and her arms. Rei squirms and cries out as the hot wax hits her body, but the villains have just started.

Randa moves in and grabs Rei's legs, hoisting her legs in front of her so that she is suspended in the air. With Rei helpless in this suspended position, the other two villains drop hot wax on her stomach and tits. Randa puts Rei's legs down, and when she is once again in a standing position, he fingers her pussy while the other two guys drop more wax on her tits and a bit on her face. Rei does some believable crying here, and the scene is pretty effective for those who like hot-wax torture.

The villains force Rei to stick her tongue out, and they drop some wax on her tongue. Saeki follows up by giving Rei a French kiss, and when the kiss is done he spits in her face. The three villains then go back to dropping wax on Rei's body, as Rei dances about and squeals.

The movie finishes up with some whipping action. Randa picks up a flogger and starts whipping Rei's wax-stained body, with some particularly strong cracks at her ass. Of course, Randa being Randa, he interrupts the whippings every now and then to go back to playing with Rei's tits and pussy. At one point, as another guy is holding Rei's head still, Randa gives his comely victim a deep French kiss.

Randa uses his ropes and pulley to tie Rei's right leg up in the air. With the other two guys standing nearby to hold Rei still, Randa sits down beside Rei's body and once again finger fucks her. He rapidly strokes away and eventually pulls his finger out to show how Rei's wetness has covered his finger.

Randa continues to tie Rei in different positions and continues to use different whips on her body, including a bull whip that leaves some visible welts on her ass. At one point, Randa inspects and admires those welts, and there's no doubt some of the whips to Rei's body are harsh and effective. However, the whipping scenes are generally kind of slow (this is typical for a Randa Mai movie) and, in my view, not as good as they could have been.

In the end, the villains release Rei and leave her lying on the ground. But the villains have forgotten that they left a knife on the ground, and Rei uses that knife to kill her captors and escape.
